unfortunately I don't think the Republicans are that dumb.
Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote? Not really, if they field Mc Cain circa his moderate days it might actually not be a curb stomp battle.
Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote? It's actually being said to be dead now (due to Bin Laden's death and Trump actually congratulating the President). But then again, who knows?
More Buscemi at http://forum.reelsociety.com/I'm thinking that the GOP is using Trump as a way to weed out and/or identify the crazies in their party, or that Trump seriously believes that attempting to run for the presidency will help boost his image in some way or another (it likely won't).
Because frankly even though I dislike Obama, I'd rather choose Obama again anyday rather than Trump, who isn't even that effective of a businessman to begin with.

I genuinely like America and its people, but I think my respect for the States would dip significantly if Trump was elected.
"You can only come to the morning through the shadows."It all seems like more of a publicity stunt than anything else, to me.
Nil, a new sci-fi/horror story that you should read and review! (Updated 4/something) ''The gate opens.I think Trump would make a great Secretary of the newly created Department of Reality TV, but as President? His credentials are laughable.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Would Trump be any worse (either as a candidate or president) than Palin? For that matter, who are the serious moderate GOP contenders for 2012? The only one that comes to mind is Romney, and I'm pretty certain he'll be politically bludgeoned to death in the primaries for Romney-care.
I too agree that this is all a huge pub stunt for Trump. While the birther issue is mostly squashed, I wonder if he could still screw over the GOP by running as an Independent in 2012.

"Vote Here Now" for what exactly? I hope he's running for President of slasher smiles, cause that picture is a blood stain away from being just that.

That's not the point; the HCR bill that Obama got passed was copied wholesale from the Republicans' counteroffer against Clinton's attempt to privatize it when he was in office. The anger at the plan is because the Republicans cannot afford politically to allow the Dems to have a victory in this regard. It's pure ideological rage. Also, apparently, a lot of U.S. citizens continue to hold an abiding hatred of poor people and wish to see them suffer unnecessarily.
On topic, isn't Trump on record as wishing to dismantle entitlements more or less completely?

I see what you mean, but TBH, I've never really understood this argument. If Romney is "forcing" something on his state according to a particular POV, who is to say he wouldn't "force" something on the nation as a whole? For that matter, assuming one considers it as such, why is it okay to enforce a "Socialistic" program at the state level as opposed to the Federal level?

Oh — I certainly understand the concept. I just don't understand why it makes sense in the context of selecting a political candidate. I would think that behavior at the state level for a governor would be reflected at the Federal level when he becomes president. Then again, I suppose if Romney felt he was ruling to the "left" solely because he representing a den of Commies and Socialists like Massachusetts, he would be given license to rule differently at the national level.

I can see either one making for a worse Commander-in-chief.

What's the likelihood of this happening?
I hope he does not even pass the primaries, that guy is more corrupt than most corrupt corporate executives in movies.
What do you all see happening in regards to this?
