I agree; The glowy stuff is an unnecessary distraction.
This implies, quite correctly, that my mind is dark and damp and full of tiny translucent fish.I don't think it matters. We see it in a page saying "disables hottie". And then we see a seemingly disabled person, which is thought to be conventionally hot. It's good enough.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman. Not really, powers don't really give off the disabled part of it.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I take it that Real Life examples are a no-go? I'm thinking about a certain paralympian example.
Impossibly Low Neckline with no actual nipples or anything beyond what is considered a-okay for a teens manga is considered "NSFW"?
There's standards, and then there's being a prude.
It's tits for the sake of tits and it's the only bit of her that shows the hottie bit. I really just think we can be classier than shoving boobs in people's faces. I'm not a prude. I don't mind sexual images in the least. I just think that we should avoid being tacky. That image is tacky.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickOk, I don't see that as being NSFW.
Though I still think Oracle is a better example. And she has my vote, but I don't think Kukaku is THAT NSFW, and I have an incredibly prudish boss.
I mean yeah...if more of her boobs were showing or it was like a string bikini or something...then yeah.
But no.
My vote still goes to Oracle. I think she's the best example.
This is Mimi-don't let her cuteness fool you-she's got spunk.![]()

Do you work? I'm seriously asking because depending on where you are, something like that could easily get you hauled in for a lecture or worse, depending on the environment and how strict or lenient your supervision is...we can't always avoid risque material but when we can, we should. Like marheaven, I don't think it's all that bad of a pic, but it's not us that we have to be careful about.
EDIT: Hmmm...the vote total for the leading Oracle pic is borked, it should be +6.

Not Safe for Work means things that would get me in trouble if my boss saw them. That picture falls into that category. I personally don't find it upsetting, but I know that it's more skin than should be on my work comp even during my break. I would really rather we steered towards a more generally acceptable image.
