Truthfully, I'm surprised your library would have the first book. From what I can tell, this one's self-published. Libraries seldom carry self-published novels. They'll see if they can put in a loan request from another library, but I wouldn't really hold my breath on another library having it. That would mean having to buy it, and given the limited (and shrinking) budgets libraries have, they don't really want to spend money on novels that only one person will ever bother reading. So it'll likely depend on whether other people using your library are reading Wearing the Cape.
