(Sorry, I know this is old, but...)
That also happened to me in some of the indexes below an article: when I browse down to the bottom of a work listed in Young Adult And Childrens Literature, in the navibars below, the next or previous work would sometimes display as a ptitle.
So I moved some articles from ptitles to their CamelCase title, copypasting... but I think I also viewed some works linked through the ptitle and which appeared normally...
Could it be related to the Multiword Namespace Bug

There's a line at the top of every troper tale going "Here we have true stories about (Trope name) in troper's lives. What's yours? "
The trope name is never displayed properly if it's a custom title, leading to things like
"Here we have true stories about ptitle73be69nd in troper's lives. What's yours?" on Awesome McCoolname
