@Cotton: I actually do mind, because you added your bit before I could respond to the question whether or not I minded, and now I will have to reconfigure what I was planning. Can we hold off on further development of the food court scene until tomorrow?
EDIT: To clarify, there's no need to send Leo away. I'll just need time to rewrite what I was doing to accommodate his sudden appearance.

By now, it should be clear to all except the most dense of us that sheep are secretly conspiring to kill us all and steal our pants.
Sorry for the late reply, but keep in mind that should you vastly prefer your intended scenario then I have no qualms about withdrawing Leo. From a collaborative writing standpoint, It was rather rude for me (although in character for him) to suddenly inject Leo to the group, after all.

Hey Glacia, can you give me an estimate on when you're going to post?
Also, I noticed this when going through recent posts: Killer Clowns, you never did edit in a response to Ila.
As a minor note, since a couple of people have dropped since the beginning of the thread, I'm going to advance the time in Fair slightly faster from now on - instead of an hour passing for every 90 posts or so, it's going to be more like 75-80 posts. If this proves a problem I can slow down, but honestly the thread's sluggish enough that that's still going to be over a week in real time.
Edit: Also, I'm probably not going to be able to post until after 10:00 PM tomorrow.

I'll write something for Rufus eventually, but regardless of that, he's free for interacting now.
They'll turn your world aroundApologies for not posting; been busy with other things. I'll try and get a post in sometime tomorrow.
Icon by Civvi the Civilian!@TC: sorry for not posting for the last three days. I always think I'll come up with something during the day, and then I don't, and then it's night. Yeah...
Anyway, Happy Diwali to everyone.
If I knew how I know everything I know, I'd only be able to know half as much because my brain would be clogged up with where I know it fromI know people have announced their intentions to post, but I'm still a little concerned about the slowdown in Fair. We've gone from averaging 8 posts a day (which is still pretty bad) to averaging 1 in the last couple of days. This once again makes me concerned about whether people are going to be able to sustain two threads.
I'm waiting to see if anyone wants to have their characters check out Rufus's stall. If that doesn't happen any time soon, I think I'll put another character in.
But yeah, the slowdown is a little perplexing.
They'll turn your world aroundTrue, although I have been fairly busy this week. I was also planning on having Rufus transition away from his stall after a couple more people showed up to have him do stuff, but now I feel like I've overshot my expectations for the activity level of the thread.
They'll turn your world aroundRyuhza: The nature of Rufus's stall could allow you to make him a traveling attraction of sorts.
Obviously, having so many writer-specific stalls is unsustainable; I don't know why I didn't think this would happen. I suppose one way to fix it aside from just closing down whole stalls (if the nature of the stall is one mainly of promotion, closing the stall and making the proprietors rove about would give you your cake and let you eat it, too) would be for stall writers, assuming they have more than one character in charge of a stall, to send one of those characters out into the rest of the fair after some period of not getting any visitors. It's frankly looking more and more necessary considering our crowd that just doesn't seem to have the same amount of time on its hands as in the past.
More personally, I feel like a big reason why I can't trade some of the Reddit time on my more 'filled-up' days for CDT-posting time is because I have a too-general idea of where, specifically, I want to take Iris. I don't have a very strong notion of her outside some very pivotal points in her story, something that can only be fixed just by writing her and seeing how she functions on her own and when she's not 'working'. I actually think I could keep a better posting rate for the Halloween thread because I have a more definite game plan for Henri.
As for when I'll be posting in Fair, things should be much quieter through Sunday. I should be able to post every day through this weekend, including today.
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."

It's going to be a while before I can post.
