I'm bringing in Asa and/or Violet for Iceberg. Both have undergone some fairly major retooling, so combat will hopefully be reduced to a minimum.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialAlright. Hopefully that'll get things started back up. If it looked as if my post didn't really do much, you're right, but that was just me getting the response to Chubert I wrote out of the way. Things will pick up, I promise. No more multiple paragraphs of internal monologue as a way of expositing details about the world that Wesley's from that I'm sure not many people care about.

yeyOkay, somebody should start talking to Zudak's character.
sorry you came at a bad time, man
My character just finished playing his violin, if Zudak's character wants to go check that out.
Also...
PS: The regions are, you know, examples.
Sorry for ignoring you.
I'm sorry to say that almost everyone who participates in these threads lives in the Americas. We actually have a similar situation over in A Game Of Chance RP, because one of the participants in that lives in China, which is twelve hours ahead of EST.
What's your timezone, by the way?
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."It's not like we can just hope for the next thread to be slow, though. The Garden is still early in though, perhaps I can do something with that. Does it have a plot yet, or it's just a park where characters roam? You know, some situation. Because I've difficulty thinking what I would write there, until my character finds someone else.
In Garden, there is no plot, like a Slice of Life story. To quote QQQQQ...
And someone just joined a few posts ago, so we're okay with more people coming.
Being such a quiet thread, you should, ideally, make some nice, substantial posts.

"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."Enjoy the scenery, have some yummy fruit, converse, maybe listen to the blind guy play his violin and simultaneously make flowers bloom around him. Everyone else seems to be talking about war and stuff at the moment.
I'm just going to wonder out loud- why are there so many soldiers in this garden, of all places?

There's always "react to the antics of the PTSD-scarred veterans, the talking dog, the blind violinist, the succubus, and the half-naked priestess/High-Class Call Girl" if you're looking for a plot-like thing in the Garden. Or use a character who causes their own crazy antics.

I find that plots tend to develop purely through the interactions of the characters. For example, Asau and Wesley have a little thing going on between them, and Wesley is developing a friendship with Hector. You could also do something with the setting itself, as in how these people got here.
Also, I just noticed that among my characters there is an alarmingly high incidence of PTSD. Go figure, right?

Not coincidence at all. Angst fuels plot, remember?

Anyone can feel free to hop in the spur of the moment. Carpe Diem.
