I think I can fix that.
Unamused, Sarquoql thought privately to Mael, "Way to drop a blatant clue to the people we might be hunting later, rookie!"
! ??? ... Oh. That's okay, I'd rather have false alarms than not notice anything. I am on a bit of a hair-trigger thanks to past circumstances of mine.

If not for this anchor I'd be dancing between the stars. At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight.
Oh no! I hope I didn't worry you! I was just saying thank you for giving me inspiration for Mael! Sorry about that!

Heyo Pyxo, you're up to bat in the Transporter Room.
Or is it the Sick Bay now? It seems we've transitioned location tags, but I didn't see any explicit movement in the text. Could be a me problem, but it'd be good to know for certain.
Taking a snooze cruise for now. May write for Henry/Joseph/Arku tomorrow. Catch you all later.
I didn't see any explicit movement in the text either, even though I put in the arrow to Sick Bay into the header and then forgot it was in there and didn't remove it before copypasting.

We're slightly inching towards the end of the day in Adventure, but you know how that goes.
They'll turn your world aroundThe things I look up out of curiosity... Contrary to my previous assumption, I just found out that pigs are not loud while mating. Which means I'm going to have to slightly retool the boars' strategies. Lunkhead is now stealthier, exploiting Loggerhead's Cacophony Cover-Up.

Possibly, unless the P Cs are cunning enough to prevent it, and I'd certainly avoid direct features "on-screen", cutting to bystander reactions as much as I possibly can: e.g. Jobe wailing a Big "NO!", or Soryn asking for Brain Bleach or trying to shield someone else's eyes, or Jobe's dogs running away from the scene of their failure.
Remember when Jobe said "Damn that fucking Lunkhead and his bastard piglets!" and mentioned it painted a rather literal picture? He said that because he's fed up with finding half-wild and untrainable piglets in his litters of future generation truffle-hunters. That more than any other damage the boars cause is eating into his profits. I'm trying to find a good point for Jobe to complain more about what's been going on (and coincidentally shedding more light on why I picked Jobe for his name).

Anyway, if I'm reading this right, Mist hopped off of Soryn in favor of her wolf steed Fog and someone's trying to switch places with someone else riding Soryn?
Approaching Jobe, Mist ruffled Fog's fur.
So Let Me Get This Straight..., Mist boards the bus before going to pet Fog, does this mean Fog followed Mist onto the bus? Or did Soryn carry Mist onto the bus and then Mist dismounts and gets off the bus to go to Fog?

Still waiting on Pyxo for the space group, who I now believe are still in the transporter room.

They'll turn your world aroundI have a feeling that Varla exploding at Jackson's question of "Can you please tell us your plans next time so we won't be thrown off guard, like with what happened to Adam?" would be way more trouble than it's worth...
Just as well, the only other option I could think of was still quite acidic:
Hmm... still working on Joseph's part of the transporter room group, and that alone has already wound up much longer than I had expected. I don't think I'll have anything quite done by tonight. Or at least not before I get unbearably tired unbearably early. Sorry folks. Should have a freer focus tomorrow.
They'll turn your world aroundI'll work on the Forest stuff next. Need to take a bit of a break and I didn't want to keep the Hummingbird group waiting.
I'd like to remind again that Davey is not meant to be a character who is objectively accurate or correct all of the time. In this particular instance he's speaking from a very emotionally charged state, blurring the lines between the situation as it was (which, given his tempestuous position in it, he doesn't actually know or even remember in full) and the situation as he felt it to be.
They'll turn your world aroundOh, man. Varla won't like this...
...If Varla lectures like that, Arnaya is going to take advantage of Varla's distraction and muster what little strength she has to try to bite Claire as cold-dish retaliation for the "bite me instead" goading.

Soryn has a very long side to touch, and I forgot how close to the front Mist is sitting. Would she be touching Soryn's scales, or his humanoid skin? I'm guessing it's the scales, but I'd better double check.
