I'm back - despite having travel, commuting and shaky Internet signal.
Anyway, since we're Travelling at the Speed of Plot, I'm trying to get Michelle up to speed in the forest and am getting her interacting with others and talking, as someone suggested.
As for my earlier post about the town... how would someone like to control NPC John Smith and let him react to Michelle going Super Mode?
BTW, I have a new shared NPC for everyone available - Rachael, the (for now), only police officer in town (as far as we know) who has a Split-Personality Team within her. Since we haven't seen any cops, I thought I'd add one, and bring in another shared NPC to go alongside John Smith.
Inspiration for the idea came from Pokémon and the Officer Jenny characters who are all identical-looking, but this one is an Ink-Suit Actor / Textual Celebrity Resemblance to Ruby Hale
◊ from Series.Agents Of SHIELD, portrayed by Dove Cameron, only in a British cop uniform
◊ like Karen Gillan from Doctor Who wears.
It's justified though, since she's a shared NPC - this explains why she has the Split Personality.
If anyone wants to use her, feel free to, it's a Reused Character Design of mine for a character that later never made it into this roleplay.

Sure, I don't see why not.
I can write John Smith's reaction to Michelle's Super Mode if nobody else wants to.
(Thinking Out Loud ramble) I'm curious, are town cops redundant when we already have John Smith and his ability for Self-Duplication? But then again, we do have gate guards who aren't John Smith. I guess that means that cops wouldn't be too out of place, John Smith can focus on the foreign threats while the (ordinary human?) cops focus on the domestic threats. In that case, Arilay or Shale or Aynara — whoever winds up taking Simon the bandit to the town's jail — might not be talking to John Smith when that happens after all.

If not for this anchor I'd be dancing between the stars. At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight.~@Will De Regio: Are you going to post for Akane, or can I go ahead and post for Syrni Sandra by assuming that Akane is still following?
If not for this anchor I'd be dancing between the stars. At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight. No issues here.
Edit: probably no post from me tonight. There was a party today and I'm pretty pooped. Might be busy tomorrow as well, but I'll try and make time somewhere.

They'll turn your world around![]()
Well, Claire does fight monsters for a living, so... sure, why not.
I... have half a mind to cause further Mood Whiplash (and possibly actual whiplash) by having Akane deliver a (non-lethal) flying lariat to the back of Krakka'a's neck.
In that case, I'm gonna set up Syrni Sandra and Akane to arrive in my post.
Sorry, had an unexpectedly extended movie night. I'll make time to post tomorr- later today
Also, not my place to push, but just a heads up Will, it is your turn in the Forest group.
They'll turn your world around@Will: It's also your turn for...
- Cynthia and Diantha
- Lerna and Nerea
- Haydn and Wilhelmine, unless their wandering is being kept offscreen
- the Sun-Dry Sea. Do you want to do an offscreen advancement on some of the Panzerfaust repairs? I'm under the impression that there's a discrepancy between how much time and progress has passed for that group compared to others and I'd like to catch that group up to the time passed elsewhere.
- What happened to Parthenia the Keraunos after she split from Farah and Jean?
- For that matter, what happened to Farah?
@Pyxo: What happened to Chitara and Naiolo? @Millership: What happened to Jean Westinghouse?
I posted for Sarquoql
- It's not my turn at the bulletin board, is it? (checks) Apparently it's Merseyuser 1's turn.

If not for this anchor I'd be dancing between the stars. At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight. That took too long to get going, but there's the Hummingbird. Too tired for the butte troupe. No other major plans until Friday though, so I shouldn't have as many interruptions or distractions.
They'll turn your world around@Miss, you've mixed the characters and their authors up. Parthenia and Farrah are mine and they're MIA, since I'm out of the CD Ts for now.
Spiral out, keep going.![]()

Oh good you're not dead.
Durr de derp, my bad, I guess that's what I get for posting so close to bedtime.
If this invisible so-and-so has biological neurons (as opposed to Morpho's mechanical neurons) and doesn't have specific shields against telepathy, Mequoql should have seen this coming long before it punched the moufreta.

Problem: the white moonstone in Adam's pocket would have been counted as a weapon by the teleporter when it disarmed him.

At least I can try to write better vampire stories than Twilight. He'll get pissed off, like VERY PISSED OFF, but he'll have to calm himself down and not escalate things since he's trying to save his energy for Mael. Or wait until he has a new punching bag to blow off steam.

Would Adam be able to see the Bandit's screen?
