Monster idea? I never received such a message...
@Eterna: That's understandable... If it helps, I think Friedrich would probably express dissatisfaction at the Sentinel's appearance which might encourage her to change it... And he'll likely follow Patches after Armory Knight too, which will give her privacy. I don't think going to an entire new area would be necessary, as the characters are probably going to be too preoccupied with Armory Knight to watch Sentinel "change" anyway.

No need to take your character somewhere else. It was a worry, not a veredict.
Oh it's so much fun.
As for myself, I've only got one (potentially difficult) assignment left to do by tomorrow night, so there's a good chance I'll be able to post today.

Sounds interesting. I know Durnem at least would appreciate it, since fighting is her specialty. Especially if Vita Exosso decides to use that as a distraction while she tries to flee, which will leave Durnem conflicted on whether to go after her or said skeleton monster.
EDIT: I also just now realized that there are two Friedrichs in Dream II. How funny is that?

Come, my child of the devil. Your mother is calling you. Hear my call in Hell's grand hall, where all our dreams come true.Okay. I'm gonna take the suggestion vis-a-vis the Frontier to wake up the Dead God and get people scampering. While it is going a bit slowly, I should have it done by tonight or tomorrow night. I'd have liked to guarantee tonight, but it's Dungeons & Dragons night, barring yet another band schedule conflict.

So turns out one of my teachers is sick and cancelled class. I finished a project with a partner so now I have time for stuff and things before my evening class! So I guess a guaranteed post today?
EDIT: Why do i speak so many lies. But I caught up on a lot of work. Depending on certain circumstances a post will come about. Otherwise, I'm starting one.

Life is hard, that's why no one survives. If you want my honest onion, I am losing interest in Frontier but I've come too far to give up now. I won't give up. I am filled with...Determination.
That and I'm working on my personal writing.
And there's stuff I'm handling IRL.
Aside from my solo writing making me less interested in the CDTs as a whole, I think I might be losing interest in both threads in particular because everyone I'm interacting with in the threads has been too busy to post. Not just since school started, but for the last several months as well.
You might think that being kept waiting for anywhere from weeks to months on end is great for me, but it's really not. It's not because I'm secretly offended that my fellow CDTers are trying to do things with their lives, I'm just tired of being in limbo. I like routine, and knowing what I need to do week by week, and I hate not knowing when I'll need to make time for this. Again, just so there's no confusion, this is only how I feel, I'm not directing this at anybody, and I know just as well as any of you that college schedules are not really consistent at all.
To be honest, I'm not feeling Vince anymore, and Tsadro's mere presence in Frontier has gotten seriously improbable- I'm not seriously hating the action of writing for them in the threads, I just feel eh. The only reason I'm still in and why pulling out is not my foremost concern right now, I guess, is because the people I'm writing with- Snowy, Collen, Nrj, and Wolf -are all really interested in getting things done with their characters while they're here, they happen to be stuck with me, and I happen to have the time to continue helping them with that. The question is when, of course.

"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."I'm still here... even if more quiet than usual... mind too fragmented... last weeks had nasty surprises...
... BUT, I'm not going anywhere... not until I finish the story I intend to tell, in any case...
Once my mission is complete... who knows... but, until then...

"It's better to burn out... THAN TO FADE AWAY!"I'd still be posting in a daily capacity but for a heavier school load. A lot of time scattered between being at school, doing homework, and being tired. I've got some semi conclusive ideas for about half of my characters that I hope to reach before the thread is put out to pasture though.
They'll turn your world aroundNot lost interest in Frontier, just terribly busy IRL at the moment.
Work's been especially full-on, leaving me mentally drained. It's all I can do to look after myself and the kids most nights, let alone much else.
The one night I thought, "cool, I'll post something in the CDT" I got a bloody visitor that stuck 'round for hours - to the point of encroaching on my evening's work time (I do part of my work hours from home in the evenings after the kids are in bed), resulting in a very late night.
This coming Monday I've got a house inspection, so the weekend looks quite busy, but hopefully I'll fit in time between cleaning (which is to say: use TV Tropes as "task avoidance" and write when I should be cleaning
)
Just to make sure: Is it my turn on the Valley of the Dead God? Because I think I will remove my characters from the thread.
"The dried flowers are so beautiful, and it applies to all things living and dead."I haven't the foggiest idea, since I can't actually see your signature...
Anyway, while technically I'm currently waiting on Wolf for Frontier, I'm not sure what I'm actually going to do when I get the chance to post, given the current situation with the Dead God. KC, are you pulling out of the thread altogether?
Pah! As if this isn't actual writing!
electronic-tragedy, any chance of a post sometime soon?
Removed my characters from Frontier. Please assume that the red light is still there, and that whatever the seraphim do to the Valley of The Dead God after everyone leaves will make it even less accessible than what the Dead God is already doing.
EDIT: and sorry for the weird prose. It was For Science!.
EDIT 2: Edited my Frontier post to make things clearer.

"The dried flowers are so beautiful, and it applies to all things living and dead."

Well it was never my intention to interfere with character development, so I'm sorry things got messed up for you Eterna- I could always have Patches chase after Armory Knight and end up in a different location if needed.
Regarding me posting, I'm still trying to sort out all of Patches' observations. Noire I could post for whenever, but I wanted to hear a response first from someone who contacted me about her. Though as for the Bone Forest- I'm waiting to see if Will contacted the others about their monster idea before I do anything.
