Yeesh, I think this is even worse than Just A Face And A Caption. At least with JAFAAC, the caption tries to talk about why a bad picture is showing the trope.
So yeah, another vote for a pull.
EDIT: Hmm... on second thought, what is this trope? Is it just any four girl ensemble, a four girl ensemble of wildly different personalities, or a four girl ensemble with a specific set of personalities?
Because the description is telling me one thing while the quotes and examples are telling me another.

I think it's when the girl's personalities differ and complement each other.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman. The series is a great example of this, I would never had chosen that image for it though... I will see what I can dig up.
Trope seems fine to me, Hidamari Sketch, Lucky Star, K On, A Channel are some very good examples.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Do we need to get that far? I think it's quite clear.

Of those examples, I think A Channel and Lucky*Star are the ones which show the trope more clearly in appearance.
Definitely keep the first quote.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.I have this for Hidamari Sketch:
That one is pretty good.
There is also this from the A Channel OP. Also a really good one from K On. (Both 350.) EDIT: also some more K On stuff [1]

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!
I would agrue that both do. The K On one does it better though since Yui (The one with the arms doing that ghost "ooooh" thing.) is telling a story, Mio (bottom right) is scared, Mugi (Top right) is in love (look at those eyes shine!) and Ritsu (Top left) is going yeah yeah and her eyes are very skeptical.

Apart from the skeptical chick they all seem like having the same personality. I imagine if the scared one is telling a story the "oooh" one would be scared as well.
Also we have no clue they're talking about ghosts.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.Well actually I can't remember the context of the scene but that's what it looks like.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!The thing is that is hard to represent four different personalities on a single image, unless we do something like the picture Edmania proposed. The problem with something like that is that we need to show them together to convey the fact that they are an ensemble, and not just four characters from the same show, or even worse, from different ones.
Crown Description:
Four Girl Ensemble

They look a little similar to me, and from what I can tell, they're supposed to represent different aspects. I can sort of see the brainy one and the sweet one, but that's about it.
