The only name I can think of for Bird Man is Harvey. I'll try to think of some non-joke names for you.
How about Pone for the horse girl? Easy to remember as Pon-E. Maybe Elizabeth Pona so that you can shorten it to E. Pona (Epona is supposed to mean "horse goddess").
For the bird man, I cannot leave out the suggestions of Robert Franklin Stroud or Alcatraz. There's also the stereotypical parrot name Polly or Paulie, maybe just Paul.
Thank you. But after several talks with others, I have decided on names for them. I will update my OP, and thank you for the name suggestions.

Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play

So this Sunday, I tried to draw a horse in the style of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic. I started with the legs. They were too long. So I made it into a horse girl
.
After that, my mind did a bit of connect-the-dots and decided that this Horse Girl is a Time Traveler, named Romy. She time travels by riding a pirate ship atop high-altitude clouds that flow around like waves of the ocean. Somehow this allows her to travel through time, I don't really intend to explain it.
Along the way, she has a lackey
known as Engard. She really only keeps him around to hold onto things because she can't, what with having hooves for hands and all. Also the ship she rides is driven by this sentient mailbox on an old-timey bicycle wheel that communicates by writing letters.
I think I might want to make something of this.
