Well, she felt like that woman betrayed her trust first, but then again, she was too young to understand.
But yeah, that poor woman ended up the way she did because there was no real trust between them.
One Strip! One Strip!
Itssssss out
We got the long awaited zombie apocalypse, with the twist that standard headshot/decap is less effective, oh and Rin's group is (obviously) swarmed.
Shima's arm location before judo-flipping Izumo...Yeeahh....And there goes her familiars.
There's also implications of Shima actually possessed by Lucifer though.

Wait...What?
Yeah, Zombies that can't be headshotted are pretty dangerous, since nothing else really stops them.
Didn't catch that part about Shima being possessed. That would be interesting, though I'm not sure if I like it either.
One Strip! One Strip!![]()
Didn't see anything about shima being possessed either. And to be fair, izumo's kick wasn't exactly conservative either.
You forgot to mention the part about fighting immortal zombies in the dark, where all you can do is hear them and they can smell you... The B team sure is gonna need that bazooka.
Shima is getting dangerously close to being a teenager version of Hasta though...

Damn it, Shima definitely can't return after killing the foxes. The only thing left for him is Death Equals Redemption.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.I feel like you guys are missing a lot of subtext with Shima. He's pretty clearly a double agent from where I'm standing; he spent this entire chapter going 'no, seriously, please don't attack me. Nothing good will come out of you attacking me. People are watching; I have to fight back.'

That does look like a distinct possibility; But on a personal level it will be next to impossible to recover trust. And if he is a double agent, then it looks like a really long term mission to last at least until the artificial Gehenna gate is about to open.
I'm concerned more about Izumo not getting any wins so far. It's clear that she is badass, but until now she has if anything been less useful than shiemi. I do wonder if there's gonna be some epic comeback in the near future or if she's gonna recover slowly.

Maybe.
It's not like it's off the table, but until it's 100% confirmed, we can't really say.
One Strip! One Strip!I'm 88% sure he either being forced into working for the Illuminati (leaning more towards this), or a double agent (less likely), but still at this point, after the foxes, if he is good, I'm also 88% sure he's gonna die if he doesn't pull a Karma Houdini.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot. There's a slim chance he only pretended to kill them. We don't really know yet.
One Strip! One Strip!Well, Yukio does have the excuse of being talked into it by a vaguely ominous Hitler-like figure. I mean, really. Exactly how many otherwise decent people did Hitler manage to "capture" with his speeches?
That's why I can believe that happening. Sadly, it's surprisingly realistic. I have more problems with how Satan's portrayal (in the origin story) basically contradicts everything we know about him... but he could be just trying to use Yukio for his own gain.
Maybe they'll get some epic reasons for Shima, as well. Until then, watching the manga fanbase's reactions is going to be quite a ride.

Satan itself is rather a mystery. If you think about it, he could kill off all humanity just by trying to possess it one at the time. The blue night is the most obvious example of him actually bothering, yet for the most part part he keeps to himself, which I guess points out to him either not giving a damn or having a goal of some sort.
On the other note, i'm guessing that "god is watching over us" is the Vatican's explanation for humanity not being fatally possessed.
