I will be participating in the Reveal of course.

I'd like to have RP!Tangent there for both, but will have to see if I can get him to Hoenn in time.

I am indifferent on either matter, but if any of my characters are there at the moment, then I do not mind participating.

Fallarbor Town is past Route 111, right? Before you guys get around there, PLEASE have the random climate changes start, because I really want to jump in with my little bit there with Regigigas and such.

OK... I think we're doing a good enough job expositing the Teams, establishing characters, etc, now. (Though a Magma admin with a Teleporting Arcanine is still missing. tongue)

Thus, it seems that we can have natural disasters (freak storms, floods, quakes, heatwaves, and such) start happening by Mauville. One idea being floated in chat right now is that Charon is developing weather control tech, which could explain these incidents, as well as the splinter group of Aquas we found who cloned a Kyogre.

Jane, are you lurking the thread, or do you want a recap soon?

I'm not lurking the thread because I am still intimidated by all the text, so a recap would be nice, yes, thank you.

Most of the posts haven't been that long lately, but, whatever.

Anyways, have you checked out the recap page? It is mostly up to date at this point, and I updated it earlier today.

No problem! smile

I'd also recommend checking the Useful Notes page, since it has some useful notes.

Character name, age, and gender. No Legendaries on your team. And you have to go over the Useful Notes Document linked on the main page.

It may also behoove you to go over the recap page, but it's not required.

After that, welcome aboard!

So we're just sort of going with the general idea of what a pokemon can do? I.E, a Pikachu just uses generic electrical attacks and can't take a hit kind of thing?

And can I have some free slots to fill throughout the story?

Eh...we're usually a bit more lenient in that regard. If it's a dramatic battle or something, Pikachu might take more hits than normal. Otherwise, just play it sensibly.

And yeah, you can catch mons in-RP.

Nope, they're only limited by what they can learn (no four-move limit, except in official battles), and what you have T Ms for.

Oh, you can have more than six 'mons on you when you aren't battling.

We mostly stopped sticking to the six-mon limit a little while ago.

Ah, well, I'll just have the three for now anyway.

Actually, the first two are former members of my PO team that got ditched for being too weak. Might get in some more former/current members later.

I <3 Shuckle too. I didn't like having to drop her from my team.

[up][up][up] Yeah, although a hand wave is generally appreciated for why you can have more than six at a time. I've been carrying all ~20 of mine with me since making Wolf not an official Trainer.

Katie has to stick to the six mon limit, though.

I also have six at a time, but Rex's PC is set up so that other trainers can withdraw his Pokemon if they have his password. So far only his mom and this minor character (Felix) have done that, though.

^^ I think so, Parisse has done that a couple of times, I'm pretty sure.

It also works fine on iPods and iPads, so...
