I'm getting the Impression the people are really starting to despise AU!Fool.

Which was the intention.

I've added the sprites that Star made of us to the character page, though I'm missing the sprites for A, Silent, Luke, and Tracer. Meddler's sprite also overlaps with the folder for her Pokemon, so I'll add that if her description expands.Unless someone knows how to fix the problem.

A's should be a few pages back, I'm still working on Silent's, Luke didn't want one, and Tracer doesn't have one either.

Just wondering, how does this version of Team Plasma differ from the original timeline? If they exist at all.

Well, since Reshiram and Zekrom were never awakened in this timeline, we can at the very least assume that their plans failed.

I just thought I'll update here.

I just want to say that I wont be posting much on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons Australian EST. Due to the fact that I have tutoring on Mondays and Thursday and I now have Cadets on Tuesdays.

Also, If I've dissapeared for 2 days or a week. It means that I'm on a camping trip with my Cadets Unit.

I believe I've just discvovered a "life".

From now until the beginning of the school year, my posting will be... sporadic. A family that used to live two doors down from us when we lived in California (and one of which was my best friend for like five years) is coming down sometime later today and spending the rest of the week with us.

When I get home, I have field hockey (UGH) every day, as well as a massive pile of summer work. And if I don't have all of it completed by the first day of school, I get kicked out of the Honors classes.

So yeah. Not very much availability.

Hmm... Perhaps it would be a good idea for us to figure out a time window in which we wanted to have AU wrapped up... If AU precedes too fast, some of us will not be here for the final battle (i.e. myself and several of my fellow PEFErs)... And if it precedes too slow, we'll wind up with issues with padding / life resuming for the WAAPT folk in school... Would it be a good idea to shoot for the last week of August as being a suitable time range for ending this present arc? (Long enough to account for most of the impending disappearances, and short enough to not cut too much into schooling for most WAAPT folk.)

The AU arc will probably last for more than one story arc. Personally, I feel it should last for at least a little longer than a month, due to some of my plans.

I won't be here at the end of August. I will be in college come September, but I can probably find some time after classes.

Hmmmm... I think padding is not a problem, unless it degenerates into filler. And while RL is always a sticky issue. I don't see what makes it more meddling this time than any other time of the year considering that we are from different timezones, hemispheres and cultures — heck, the RP has been pretty lively during the rest of the year...

Still, setting up a realistic candidate finishing date, even if it can't be fulfilled to the letter, helps organizing and reorienting long-term plots anyway. For which purpose I'd propose First week September at absolute most, considering that we're playing an alternate timeline that requires expositing, rechecking character interrelations, etc...

Thank gods this is not a Tournament Arc...

At least this arc can have as much variety as we want, instead of everyone having to watch fights.

Actually, you could make a case for Scolemis caring more about Pokemon, considering they're the side that is ruled by them.

More likely to treat Pokemon as equals. But also more likely to kill them violently for not bending to their wishes.

Well, I was talking with some of the others inside the chat, and I mentioned the possibility of introducing an Expy of none other than "The Monster Of The East", Legate Lanius hellbent on reclaiming Kanto for the glory of Scolemis, if the resistance makes too many gains in too short a time. If I am allowed and have to bring him out, he will be one of the toughest opponents that the AU arc will have to offer, and the Celadon-Saffron metropolitan area will become a major battlefield. This is a guy that is seven feet tall, lives for combat, hits like a Mack truck, and is also pretty fast. Not to mention he follows the Roman practices of crucifixion and decimation, and is mean enough to beat a man to death for walking in front of him. Luckily, he has two weaknesses. One, he has a sense of honor. Two, like all Fallout bosses, you can end up Talking the Monster to Death.

If I do get to use him, I'll try to tone him down though.

So long as it's a bit toned down, I don't see any major problem, although it'd require a pretty careful handling, and yeah I try to not be too hypocritical, the AU colony will be, in the posts featuring tomorrow, far darker than it is supposed to be in the original timeline.

Also I hope this is not just brought in a Giant Space Flea from Nowhere but has some nifty buildup instead, because something as majestic as turning TokyoSaffron into a battlefield friggin' deserves it.

Also, in another news, I squee buckets. The author of my favourite Nidoran fanfic has just authorized me to use his characters for the RP. Poor Luke... This. Will. Be. Worth. It.
