There is no night without dawn. The sun is always sure to rise.Just out of curiosity, but would it be acceptable for players who wish to to run portions of the AU or MST arcs concurrently to GC via some form of temporal flash forward? I ask that because the AU and MST arcs seem to have portions that seem like they would be able to be run without being in a strict posting sequence (e.g. the parts of the AU arc where everyone is separated from each other following Dialga's time dickery) and it would give players that are knocked out/dropped out/not in the GC something more plot-relevant to do beyond the current options of spectating, waiting for a battle to roll around in order to control a NPC, and cooking up side-arcs to keep themselves occupied.
Just asking. If it's not a good idea, I can understand...

I dunno really. Although I do agree that you could use something to do right about now. The whole GC hasn't really been friendly to newer players.
Anyway guys, I came up with what could potentially be an interesting idea, if a bit of a tricky one.
How about, at some point after the AU arc, we do an arc where we explore a new region? a-bit, one that we've made up ourselves?
Although, the twist would be that this region is populated entirely by Pokémon. It would be sort of like Pokémon Mystery Dungeon except without the actual Mystery Dungeons and rescue/Exploration teams. Oh, and the whole "Turning into Pokémon" thing.
I just think it would be kind of interesting to visit a place like that, if only to see what kind of towns that Pokémon would build. For example, I can easily see a town of Flying type Pokémon being made up of very tall buildings with entrances on the roofs as well as the ground so that bird Pokémon could enter without having to land on the ground.
Another example I could think of would be a Water Type settlement. While the vast majority of it would be underwater, there would be a district built under a glass dome or something that could accommodate Pokémon that can't breath underwater. Of course, it would be criss-crossed with canals and glass tubes of water for the more aquatic species to access.
Even though making up an entire region from scratch might be rather hard, the sheer creative possibilities help to make up for it. Plus, it would be a group effort, so we wouldn't have to rely on just one of us to think everything up for us.
So, is this a good idea? We don't have to do this, by any means, I just think it would make an interesting change of pace.

Never worn short-shorts, so I wouldn't know.
And that is a weird page-topper.
