Maybe. But there are people out there who think the Disney Animated Canon is classic and every kid under 5 in the technologically develped world has seen them.
To be fair, the majority seems to have, but there's always people who haven't. Still, if it's something that is discussed and analyzed to death, it's some pretty nebulous territory. I'm of the mind that a spoiler should never be revealed unless warned about or hidden, no matter how old or popular the work is, because there will always be someone who hasn't yet seen it. There's plenty of really damn big media that I haven't seen, so I've found that around certain parts of the forum I need to tread carefully. I avoid the threads about said media, but even still, sometimes people just ignore the spoiler policy outright (part of which includes no unmarked spoilers in a thread not pertaining specifically to the media you're referring to) and ruin things that in their mind "everyone who was going to see it has seen it by now!" Um, no, not everyone. Some of us are too busy to watch everything they wish to see at their leisure. Some of us have very little leisure time because of school and work and stuff.
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. The image issue is already discussed
. It's leaning toward keep, the issue of spoiler images on spoiler tropes being case by case.

From The Secret World Of Alex Mack:
I'm now trying to imagine a two-meter-tall, bearded Viking berserker working a line at Mc Donalds or something.

From Dull Surprise:
- And if you piss them off, indeed they just might "break face".
Those Scunthorpe Problem examples a page back were good.
The image caption for Disney Villain Death had me laughing so hard I couldn't breathe.
Your Honor...From the Comic Books section of Department of Redundancy Department:
- DC Comics. "DC" stands for Detective Comics, ergo their name is Detective Comics Comics.
- They also publish a series called Detective Comics. Which means it's Detective Comics Comics' Detective Comics.
- And the comics the publish are Detective Comics Comics' comics.
Immediately followed by:
- DC has a series of omnibus reprints of comics, called Showcase Presents. One volume reprints the 1950's comic book Showcase, so it's Showcase Presents Showcase.
- So... Detective Comics Comics Presents Showcase Presents Showcase?
Ruthless Modern Pirates' real life section, bolded by me:
That must have been awkward.
From Fan Dumb.
"Oh great! Let's pile up all the useless cats and hope a tree falls on them!"

*slow clap*
*more clapping*
*erupts into uproarious applause*
That was pretty brilliant.

That's quite a spoiler, but I haven't seen if it has an Image Pickin' thread that decided on that.Oh wait, that's a spoiler trope. I'm so stupid.Actually it doesn't have an Image Pickin' notice. I'll have to look into the spoiler policy.edited 10th Aug '13 2:23:08 PM by MikuruFan
