Well, it's not like she's hard to find. Have MC take a part-time job at the gas station. S. Link ensues. If working at a hospital can get you an S. Link with the nurse (Devil Link), then working at a gas station can get you an S. Link with a gas station attendant. After all, doesn't she say that the gas station is looking for part-time help when you first meet her? Take her up on that offer. It'll make The Reveal more emotionally charged, culminating in an awesome boss fight whereby the Brotagonist combines The Power of Friendship and The Power of Love to save the world in a scene far too epic and/or heartwarming to be described in a low-budget post like this.
And he can do all that, and pimp the ladies (plus Yousuke) on the side. Why, you ask? Because he's the freakin' Brotagonist. WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK HE IS?

You might want to spoiler that for the few people who have never played the game but who are planning on watching the anime. Any how, it might make The Reveal less dramatic as it would draw attention to the fact that Her appearance is dependent on the weather which would at least cause some suspicion.
But aside from that he could easily S-link her and get home in time to chat up his cousin.
all that social links made me think of

This level of trolling is reasonable for Commander Obvious. What do you think of this, everyone?Given Japan's current censorship policies, we would probably only get giant lasers instead of Mara.

Ugh. Do not want. I just want them to keep the shipping to vague subtext. It's not like it's compulsory to pair everyone. It just makes it far more convenient for those who do ship because then there isn't someone saying, "No. Your ship is wrong." And even more convenient for those who choose not to ship at all. Making pairings "canon" just ends in people getting butt hurt.
Honestly, Yosuke is too stubbornly straight on top of being somewhat homophobic to ship with any male, even though MC/Yosuke is undeniably hot (this goes for Teddy as well). As far as Mx M pairings go, Kanji/MC is somewhat more feasible if you max his SL, given slightly more compatible sexual orientation. Chie/Yukiko has a lot of teasing at the beginning, but the pairing only stays feasible if the MC doesn't SL with them too much.
But hey, since when has shipping cared about feasibility anyway XD
I do agree that vague subtext makes life happier for everybody involved. I personally like the romance-y stuff roughly around Yay territory, unless it's one of those "girlfriend and boyfriend in all but name" situations, like Ran/Shinichi or Akane/Ranma... which I find extremely annoying and teddyous. If it's text, then commit to it and MAKE it text instead of pretending to be subtext and failing miserably. Ugh.
Maybe it is just my Yaoi Goggles being permanently welded to my eyes, but I felt that the Brosuke S-link was more romantic than friendshippy towards the end and that late in development they removed the option to romance Yosuke. I get that he is homophobic, but I felt that was maybe because he was in denial. Though I should probably now shut up before I start sounding like the Yaoi Fanboy I am.
^^^Oops.
^^^^^Ah, I do agree that the homophobia can be read as denial. You know, like the studies which show that the most homophobic men show the most physical arousal when exposed to gay porn. But there's also the fact that he spends a shit ton of his SL towards the end talking about/to Saki-senpai... though I absolutely agree that the bromance is definitely strong with those two.
Man, I just reviewed the Brosuke SL just for the sake of this reply... I'd forgotten how emotionally powerful those final scenes were. In the end, that's what really matters doesn't it? Not the shipping, or the potential romance, or anybody's sexual orientation... just the simple fact that those two really do love each other. That's enough for me.

To be fair, Yosuke's closeness to the MC may stem from two things:
1) If not for him (the MC) Yosuke wouldn't even no what happened to Saki, let alone be able to avenge her.
2) I recalled a scene where everyone is talking about their shadows (Rise is annoyed because everyone saw hers, but she didn't see anyone else's). When the subject of Yosuke's shadow is brought up, it becomes clear that neither Yu/Souji or Teddie told anyone what happened with Yosuke's shadow, which considering how mean spirited it was, likely made Yosuke very grateful.
Of course, I'm a massive hypocrite that hates Yaoi, and loves Yuri, so I'd do anything to downplay it. My point however stands.
One Strip! One Strip!

It would require a creative re-imagining of mythology to work. Remember Izanagi did leave her to rot in the underworld and trapped her inside of it with a massive boulder, which comes across as a bit of a dick move. If I were Izanami, I would not want to go back to him.
