Encantrassil can tank 'em, no problem. If they all fight it at once, it has a couple of AoE moves, as well as Leech Seed, which basically puts the battle on a timer if there's no one to switch out to.

Rock and Grass are both poor against Steel, so Saheeli's contraptions should make easy work of it even without the "copy cat" combo.

Freddy won't be able to do much against the Witch of Insomnia and her familiars. Kamihama Witches are also much stronger than the normal variety, so the other three won't be able to do much against her either.
