Ouch. That thing looks... horrible. o_o
I also note the suggestion that the Red Berry Boys are bound for the same ship—I wonder whether their "cargo" is related to Duane's transportation, or perhaps merely for the same person at the other end?
My Games and Asset PacksTitle drop, worldbuilding and I think the first instance of an actual person's boobs on panel
.
Ah, Duane, Duane. XD
I'm going to presume that the extract is a little more poetic in its native language (Aldish, I imagine).
That dropping of the title rather struck me, especially coming right at the end of so amusing a page.
So... Does the title then refer to entering (whether literally or figuratively) some place that the gods themselves dare not explore?

My Games and Asset PacksI find it amusing that the Title Drop happened so soon (well, more or less) after we were just discussing the meaning of the title. The context in which it happened was indeed highly unexpected though...
I wonder if Duane is intentionally boring those sent to distract him so he can sneak around. But knowing him, the face-value explanation that he's genuinely enjoying himself that way is probably more likely. (Is he smiling in that second-last panel?)
The discussion a few strips back about Sette's slow aging was interesting. Some characteristic of her biology?

Regarding Duane: Yes, I do believe that he is smiling, and this looks to me to be exactly the sort of thing that he'd love.
Regarding Sette: Do we have confirmation that she ages at all? My guess is that she doesn't grow; in fact, thinking about it, I wouldn't be surprised if she were the result of a Black Tongue experiment herself.
My Games and Asset PacksSo
he was boring them on purpose after all.
He saved the lizard.
I feel a sudden and completely unjustified liking for Stockyard.
At least Murkoph still seems to be trapped in some kind of in-between space between the Khert and the real world. But Conservation of Detail suggests we're not getting a scene like this unless he's gonna break out somehow.
(Did he just take a knife from the page banner in the previous strip?)
And the sheer irony in the line "THIEVES! I'll steal it back!" is delicious.
