"Great," Jade smiled, "Curry rice it is them."
She threw on the rice and before anyone knew it they had finished dinner.
Sleep came relatively quickly, with the nameless little otter cuddling up to Erin.
The Next Morning...
As the kids woke up, they'd fine a note on the fridge.
"Getting groceries. You've been officially excused from class. I'll be back in half an hour to drive you to UNAACO."
Erin had climbed into bed beside Kaori, quicky drifting off to sleep - until a little furball of unsolicited cuteness climbed in beside her. After a few seconds of exasperated glaring, she'd given up and gone back to sleep.
The next morning, the english pilot jerked awake and spent a few seconds staring at the ceiling. That nightmare again... She raised her hands above her, looking up at them and remembering how, in the dream, they'd been armoured in blue and black...
Suppressing a shiver, Erin sat up and unceremoniously moved the otter onto the floor. She padded out to the kitchen, spotting the note as she passed and nodding to herself. Training today... time to really get serious about this, I guess... Wearing her usual frown, she set about making breakfast for the trio of pilots.
"Little Nika, come it is time for wakings," Gangut said from the kitch preparing his Sandvich, "Much trainings are to be done today."
Meanwhile...
There was a knock at Steve's door. "Mr. Byrd? ...Steve? I thought it might be, you know, a good idea if we were to carpool to save on gas. It's up to you but you should really get up now if you don't want to sleep in past the whole excercise."

"Good morning, Josef!" Nika and his new feline companion padded into the main room, yawning in unison. "How were you sleeping?" she queried, reaching down to rub the tiger's flank as it began purring against her leg.

I have brought peace, freedom, justice, and security to my new Empire.Steve awoke grumbily, getting up and stretching out for a few moments before he turned the television on, an anchorwoman talking about the 5-day forecast. "Well Gwen, if you look at this warm front you will see tha-" *bzzzt!* The TV went off as he slowly began to change his clothing, looking for a more casual style today. A dark-blue longsleeve shirt, and a pair of tight running pants were put on as he stepped outside into the morning sun. "Well, better get ready for work..." he thought as he looked at the morning sky for a few moments, and began to head inside.
Pokedy Poke-pokeJade arrived back after having left a under Steve's door asking him to come over.
"Hey, Erin, are the others still asleep?" She rubbed own eyes though she'd been up a few hours already, "I see you've taken care of breakfast. ...Thanks... Um, I guess I'll go wake them."
Jade knocked on the door of her former bed room, "Kaori? ...Wake up... Kaori?"
She also moved over to wake up Joshua in his room. "...Josh? Time to, um, get up. Josh?"
Steve walked into the apartment, forgetting to knock as he stepped inside and stretched out for a moment. "Morning, folks~!" He stated with a small yawn, letting his arms drop and sitting on the arm of the couch (just barely avoiding Joshua, whom he had no idea was right there.) "So, what is the plan for today?"
Pokedy Poke-pokeThey finished the breakfast and headed to the UN.
The children would see a small package being crammed onto the Helicopter.
Off it came a young girl with blue eyes and lightbrown hair.
"Hey, isn't that kinda funny? You know what they're taking? I hear it's headed to Germany next which is odd since the program is based in Austria but I got to hang out with Borry on the way here so I guess it worked out okay. Still though, the whole package thing is wierd," She said glancing over her shoulder, "Sorry for talking so quick but I'm just sort of nervous and worried I'll switch back to German if I don't keep thinking about it. I'm Hannah Weiss, by the way. Who are you guys? Aside from the other pilots?"
Erin had glanced at the package as it was hurriedly taken on board the helicopter, raising one eyebrow in mild curisory. They were sure in a hurry with that. I wonder... She shook her head. The brass would never deign to let their pilots know what was going on outside of "angel attacking, go go go."''
The english girl turned her attention to the new pilot. "Erin Bradley." She replied, blinking at the new girl's rather... accellerated mode of speech. "I pilot Unit 02."
Nika could hardly contain his excitement at the turn of events as the chopper touched down. Nobody had told her they were getting a new pilot! His racing mind was also occupied by the mysterious parcel that the staff had rushed into the copter. What's that? Why's it all wrapped up? What's it for? Where is it going? Why are they taking it away? Wait, I want to see it! Let me touch it!
The Russian pilot, formerly the only real foreigner (America and Canada might as well be the same to her), was jarred from her thoughts by Erin and the newcomer exchanging greetings. Oh no! I forgot my introductions again! He sprang forward, grabbing the new girl's hand and shaking it vigorously. "Hello, Hannah! I'm Nika! It is nice to be meeting someone else from Europe! Well, maybe Russia is more in Asia, but I am thinking it still counts! I went to Germany once, I think. Your country is a very pretty place, you know!"

The Sub-Commander looked as the helicopter flew into the distance, his expression mirrored Nika's. Even with the glasses on could tell it was almost as if a part of him was being taken away.
"..." He sighed, "Should we begin the tests?"

Erin couldn't help but smile a little at Nika's entheusiastic greeting. The new girl seems pretty friendly.
She looked up when she heard the Commander speak, noticing his decidely unhappy expression. I sense some shadey political bullshit. I'm almost glad I'm in the dark. Her face grew stern again as the tests were brought up again.
"I'm ready to go."
"And me sir?" Steve spoke up as he eyed the new girl warily. Part of him was wondering why they always seemed to bring children into this mess, but then again, some things just seem to fall out of the blue and into his lap. Not everything was designed around him though, and since his unit was much different than the others, he really couldn't complain about the others going through the tests.
Pokedy Poke-poke

"How about curry rice?" Jade said, "I'm really trying my best to keep everything stocked... but there's four people living here now... Steve and Nika are constant over... and Gangut keeps raiding the fridge for sandwich supplies."
