There's character development for her in the first third of the movie!

No. The first possible delivery date is this Thursday, and then there's a week window where it might arrive. But once it's here, it's basically all I'm going to do for a day.

@Stevron

There has been character development but very slowly. Lessons don't seem to stick with here either. That said, I'm looking forward to seeing her get her own Umbara moment.

I somewhat agree, but I think it's mostly because of the Anachronic Order spoiling the flow of Ahsoka's character development.

[up] There is no Anachronic Order anymore. That has stopped ever since the time-skip in Season 3. Filoni said as much.

Although come to think of it, I do agree that Ahsoka's character development has been a bit slow recently, especially compared to Fives, Rex, Ventress, and, hell, even Lux. Although to be fair, the writers do have a lot of plots and characters to juggle in the show.

I know, I thought it was obvious I meant it for Season 1, 2 and the first half of 3... As for the recent: she really didn't have much importance in Season 4, so of course her development slowed down. She was pretty much a side character in every episode she appeared in.

Ahsoka has become more mature, more mellow, and far more lethal. But it often feels like her characters takes three steps forward and two steps back. She needs her very own Umbara moment.

[up] I think the Onderon arc will be her "Umbara moment". My guess is that Ahsoka and Lux will be more than just friends by the end of it. Something like Anakin's relationship with Padme.

Speaking of character development, you know who really needs more of it? Dooku. I mean, seriously, he's one of the main characters of the show and yet he still doesn't have an arc centered around him.

Anyone else agree?

I hope you're right with Onderon being Ahsoka's Umbara-moment, but I'm kind of pessimistic. The romance-line with Lux is off to a pretty badly-written start...

I agree on the matter of Dooku. He has had very little characterisation in the movies too. Maul's return should've been a perfect opportunity to flash Dooku out a bit more, but the creators had to go for putting Sidious into action. Not that I'm complaining [lol]

well hey, they had to give sidous some action, or else he's just a scheming old Sith dued who probaly smells a little like poop lol[lol].

What does Maul being back have to do with Dooku?

Are you kidding? Dooku has been failing rather badly both as the leader of the Separatists and as an apprentice, ('tho not as badly as Maul did tongue). It would have been awesome if Sidious had him and Maul set up to see who's more worthy of being his apprentice. It would have been great to see Dooku struggling to keep his position.

Dooku could definitely use some more screen time outside of a hologram. I think putting him against Maul is a might to obvious though.

[up][up] Except pitting Dooku and Maul against each other can only end in Dooku victorious, since he's the one in Episode III, not Maul.

[up] Thing about TCW is one way or another we know how almost everything ends. TCW is about the enjoying the journey. Maul vs. Dooku is no different than folks requesting Mace vs. Dooku.

To me, it feels like it would be a tensionless fight. In Maul vs. Dooku, Dooku can't lose. Because if he does, then he gets replaced as Sidious' Apprentice. And if that happens, well, then Filoni has his work cut out for him getting Dooku back on his Master's good side.

I would personally like to see more of Dooku's role as a politician

I know a lot of people complained about the political episodes being boring, but I rather enjoyed them, I found them well written and very intriguing.

We may have some more coming with exploration on non clone officers and the way the regular Joes in that galaxy see both the Jedi and the Clone Troopers.

[up][up][up] Yeah, we need to see more of that. The problem is that TCW is at it's worst when it explores politics. I think it would be better for the show to explore Dooku's past and go into a little bit of why he became a Sith.

I think a book just did that (or it was part of the book, at least).

Still waiting for Season 1 to come in. It will probably be here around Tuesday.

[up][up][up] Wait, was it said that we'll see what the regulars of the military think of the clones? I'm pretty sure Filoni just said that we'll see more officers like Tarkin in the army, nothing more.

Seems strange for nobody to have asked this yet, but what is everyone's favorite characters?

For me, it would be:

1. Obi-Wan Kenobi

2. Asajj Ventress

3. Cad Bane

4. Fives

5. Rex

6. Ahsoka Tano

7. Embo

8. Darth Maul

9. Pre Vizsla

10. Riff Tamson

[up][up]Filoni has said we will see Tarkin do stuff on season 5 and see the role non-clone officers play. He also said we'll see what regular people in the Galaxy think of Clones and Jedi.

[up]1. Cut Lawquane -I just love this guy, he's so real. The deserter seems to love his adopted family and he seems like a great dad, not military like at all. Cut was going to fight to the death for them. He's so upbeat and confident, even in a situation that should be horrible. Yet underneath it all you can sense the sorrow and regret.

2. Captain Rex -My favorite of the main cast and TCW's everyman. Any time Rex is on screen I love very moment of it. The guy is a total badass but there more to him than just a trope. He's this deep, mysterious characters who is changing right before my eyes from a simple soldier into an independent thinker questioning the war.

3. Waxer -The clone trooper who has to comfort a young girl in her destroyed house.

4. Fives -High five for Fives! Always liked him better than Echo.

5. Obi-wan Kenobi -Finally someone who isn't a clone right? Kenobi is easily my favorite Jedi.

6. Lux -This kid grew on me alot in "A Friend in Need". He was like a lovable idiot.

7. Cad Bane -Cad Bane is awesome. I like is "I ain't even mad bro" attitude. And he has a cool hat.

8. Ima-Gun-Di -Stupid name but he was what I imagine a Jedi would be like.

9. Mandalorian Sniper -Remember the guy who tried to snipe Satine? What a badass.

10. Captain Keeli -The guy was face planted by a grenade and got right back up. Awesome!
