Yeah with the New Game Plus Blades I believe Akhos came a lot later than the others.
Akhos and Patroka have lower drop rates than the standard Tornan blades in New Game+. Thankfully, every time Akhos came to me before Patroka, and the former is far more unique and useful for me.
Its only right and just that Blade HB is amongst the most prestigious and rare of Blades.
May 29th confirmed release for 1 Definitive
Bionis Shoulder is an epilogue sidequest.
Interestingly, they changed Alvis' necklace to look like Mythra, Pyra, and Malos' core crystals, giving more credence to the theory Alvis is Ontos.

Bionis shoulder is a separate campaign focusing on Shulk and Melia. Shulk brings a Monado replica along.
Alvis' Core Crystal is red, not blue as I thought.

Oh boy can't wait to see how Melia's suffering ascends to all new heights now that it has an entire dedicated region to it!

Shulk: I love you... And all of you guys. But I really love Fiora. Man, I so can't wait to have sex with Fiora's restored Homs' body. It's gonna be great!

Hmm, I'm not really feeling the new menus. Just hope they've streamlined things, because I remember the menus being somewhat clunky.
I noticed that they used the live version of Engage the Enemy.
The music was apparently rerecorded and remastered as well.
Bonus points they even managed to not spoil Seven this time.
Not all of it, I thought.
Ha! I saw that.
So, Future Connected looks to have potential. Wonder if this is going to explain the end of XB 2 more.
Or the start, we never did find out why and how Ontos traveled through space and time to the world of thr titans. Stable Time Loop?

So they want to further drive home that Melia can't be happy eh?
Also, are we getting Jenna Coleman back?
Considering how big she is due to Doctor Who, I doubt it. I'd expect they'd have to re-dub her.
Well we have one of her lines from Prison Island so at the very least its still her in the game proper. If they only need to record new dialogue for her in the epilogue, I would hope Nintendo could manage to get her back; somewhat suspiciously we only heard Shulk speak during that bit of the trailer but that could just be paranoia about the situation.
I think Ontos going off with Zanza and Meynith can just be attributed to Zohar fuckery.

Here's the remade opening cutscene:
EDIT: One thing I've been seeing people speculate about is the Replica Monado Shulk has during the Future Connected segment. I personally believe it's the updated model for the Replica Monado, or it could be a unique one for this story segment that the player can only use there until the complete it, and then it can be used in the main game.

I do think it's likely that they made new models for the Monado Replicas, since in the original and 3D there were 6 Replicas sharing 3 models. My guess is that the original three models are each used for one of their optional Replicas from the original, with the other two and the (non-optional) Replica Monado getting new models. I also think that the one we've seen in the trailers is the Replica Monado, since I think it was stated in-game that that one was the initial successful attempt for the Machina to make a simple clone of the Monado II, and the other 5 were attempts to overcome the limits of the initial Replica by tweaking the output, resulting in some increased stats at the cost of others.
I also wonder if they're going to rebalance the game, and especially if they're going to split Agility into Agility and Accuracy ala X and 2...
I'm looking at DE's stat screen right now.◊ Same stats, though lol level 42 with Crest Gear.
HOWEVER there is a change there which changes everything: there's an appearance tab under the regular equipment.
FASIONBLADE DEFINITIVE EDITION!!
PS: The game's up for pre-loading, I'm downloading my copy now.

What's pushing me towards Shulk made Repilca is that the Replicas made by Vanea look Machina made and I feel that would cause those Replicas to lose their feel even if that made them more than just Palette Swap|s.
Well, not quite the same stats: they separated the potentially confusing Attack stat into Attack Minimum and Attack Maximum, which might help new players understand that they're not giving an absolute attack value, but the range your raw damage numbers can fall under.
I foresee much exploiting of the quite frankly broken Agility stat if they haven't rebalanced things. I also wonder if they got around to fixing the attack range bug, making the weapons with wider attack ranges more viable...
And for those who don't know what I mean by "attack range bug", in Xenoblade 1 (and possibly 3D), take a weapon's minimum attack value and add 99 to it; we'll call the result iG, for Glitched. If the result is less than the weapon's maximum attack value, ignore the max and use G instead. This bug meant that weapons with high potential attack values tended to be ignored, because they also tended to have large attack ranges that would trigger the bug, so players would use weapons with more stable attack ranges that weren't affected.

Hmm, I was hesitant to pick this up if it was just the original game with a fresh coat of paint, but the new content and QOL improvements are making me consider just buying it again...
The bug was fixed in 3D, along with the slowdown during That One Boss who happens to be a member of the Trinity.
3D is probably the pre-Definitive Edition definitive edition.
I already bought my copy. Preload's on now.
I'm waiting for the limited edition to go up for online preorder myself.
I want that artbook - assuming its not too inflated pricewise.
Really hope they do get Jenna Coleman back. Would likely bug me a bit if Melia has a different voice for just that area.

INCOMING FUTURE CONNECTED MUSIC!!
Sounds pretty funky, wonder if that's going to be a theme for FC?
EDIT: Honestly they'd be just as likely to leave her unvoiced.

According to Google Translate, Future Connection will be playable without having to start a new main game. This leads more credence that the Replica used by Skulk is a separate one from the Vanea made ones.
Also, I was watching GameXplain's discussion video on the Direct and they seem to think Melia has been recast.
Also, one of the pictures in the link makes it look like one or both of the new nopon for the Future Connection segment are party members, but that may be me overthinking it.

Someone pointed out that the nopon pair look very much like nopon versions of Rex and Pyra.
