That's what stopping at the inn is for.
Ardainian soldiers quote Emperor Hugo's lines in battle in order to boost morale and patriotism.
Where there's life, there's hope. You can only do that in NG+.
In New Game Plus, you can lower your level as well as raise it,
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I love when Morag gets launched.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So here are my Blade setups.
Rex: Aegis + Roc. Third place is Gorg until I get a Launcher with a different element.
Nia: Dromarch + Vess. Third place is Adenine, but may switch to an Ether Cannon.
Morag: Brighid + Percy. Third place is Newt, Perun, or Sheba until Aegeon joins.
Where there's life, there's hope.If you find Finch, I advocate putting her on Morag. Because the two are adorable together, and because Finch helps her dodge more things.
But mostly because they're adorable together. Soldiermom and her brain damaged bird daughter.
I only have 2 Protocol Overdrive so far .

Where there's life, there's hope.Zeke should get Zenobia, not Rex.
You did check at the Driver's recruitment centre at Torigoth, near the Merc HQ in Garfont, and at the Hot Springs of Alba Cavanich, right? There are three easy Overdrives, and the rest have to be grinded from full Driver skill charts and four-star common blades whose affinity charts have been maxed out and then have been released.
Oh, and the Season Pass pack that makes things so much easier.
I meant to say Agate.
She also has the missing element for my Rex/Nia/Morag team.

Where there's life, there's hope.Should have put Wulfric on Rex...
Agate isn't an easy find, or at least according to the numbers. I didn't usually have any trouble encountering her in any of my playthroughs.
Edited by RainingMetal on Apr 21st 2019 at 6:55:47 AM
That again?
I'm looking for a Launch Blade for Rex that isn't Fire/Water/Wind
Wulfie is not it.
Where there's life, there's hope.I don't think Rex can get any launch arts outside of axes and a spoiler thing in chapter 8.
Well, this is probably the half way point so I'll share my thoughts so far.
- I love Morag, Brighid, Nia, Zeke, and Pandoria.
- I like Pyra, Poppi, and Tora (as long as maids are not involved). Though as a child character I think I like Lin more than Tora (as long as Tatsu isn't involved).
- Rex and Mythra are my least favorite Xenoblade protagonists thus far. Even if Rex's English VA improves I would still not like him that much.
- The game is really otaku-pandering at times, which gets tiresome quick. Despite some real stinkers, the humor is overall good. Even at its worst it's still better than Lin cooking Tatsu.
- The level designs are fine so far with only some minor BS. However, the map and compass can go to hell. I wish they used the first game's layered map.
- It's good to see the Vandham line getting more prominence (though Xenoblade X Vandham hangs out for the entire game). Hopefully we get a Vandham as a permanent party member.
- Congratulations to the Nopon for having the first Main Quest villain, and the Tirkins for being in the main quest at all. Hopefully we'll see more plot-relevant Ignas later.
- Combat was a chore throughout Chapter 2. Once I get Chain Attacks, however, it turns out very fun to line up Blade Comboes, Fusion Comboes, and Elemental Burst. I just wish the party members' playstyles are more distinct.
- The gacha system should die.
- I dislike the Field Skills. Why bring that annoying HM mechanic here when even Pokemon moved away from it?
- Aside from the Blade quests, the side quests so far haven't reached the Refugee Camp's level in term of story.

Where there's life, there's hope.I think I'm getting the Ares 90 before hitting level 60. Concentrating my reward tickets I got during the main story to getting the mats for that sure is paying off.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. For New Game Plus, there's a pseudo Electric Greataxe that works wonders on Rex. Of course, you need to beat the game and start over first.
I have to agree on your opinion on Mythra; she shows up a bitch, and doesn't ever really get better.
I'd say most of Pyra's problems as a character stem from being stapled to Mythra, a solid contender for worst character in the game.
I'm also not a fan of Mythra's angry personality.
Still beats Sheba by a mile.

I'd say most of Pyra's problems is being a construct of Mythra.
Where did Torna get that amount of money to buy weapons? Did Jin spend 500 years salvaging as a side job, with staring at Captain America as his main job?
Edited by RAlexa21th on Apr 22nd 2019 at 7:51:56 AM
Where there's life, there's hope.Humorously enough, the more abrasive "pre-character-development" Mythra from the Torna DLC feels more realized as a character than the generic tsundere "post-character-development" Mythra from the main game.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! The depression over accidentally causing genocide might have something to do with that.
I mean, she literally created Pyra so that she could just hide away from the world until she was forced to come back out again to save Rex. I get the feeling she's kinda fighting against growing close to people until Pyra (along with the nature of their situation) starts convincing her to give it another shot.
Of course, since they both want to commit suicide by dad, there might still be some limits to how far either are willing to go.
Edit: Shit, my bad man. I somehow didn't realize it was your first play through. I thought you were doing a New Game Plus.

One Strip! One Strip!Uh, spoilers?
Even with 2 Luck Blades, Zeke blew through 60 Core Crystals to get Dagas (16th).
I'm not a man.
Edited by RAlexa21th on Apr 22nd 2019 at 12:26:22 PM
Where there's life, there's hope.Dagas is great at buffing the team, but unfortunately his biggest failing is being a fire blade when the story gives you two guaranteed fire blades, both of whom are absolutely silly.
Still, he's got it better than Admiral Anchor Arms, since Morag is better off with any other katana.
Correction: There are 3 Fire Blades obtained in the story: Pyra, Brighid, and Poppi II.
Where there's life, there's hope. You can technically change the Poppis to whatever element you want.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!
Morag getting Launched is comedy gold. Second only to The Zeke.
I still can't get over how underleveled Zekenator 3 is. He came after Mikhail and Patroka, and he only has 1 more level than them.
I'm talking about the boss fight.
