- a superhero comic where everyone, hero and villain alike, rely on Blood Magic to fuel their powers.
- a superhero comic where the heroes fight as if their goal is to actually apprehend the villains as quickly as possible with a minimum of collateral damage. In other words, no Megaton Punches, no Car Fu, no pounding them into the ground, no using lamp posts to bludgeon them, no tying them up with power lines, none of the more extravagant types of Exactly What I Aimed At (e.g. IIRC, at one point during Spider Man v. Backlash, one of them deliberately missed the other in order to empty a water tower on him), etc.
- a horror anthology series featuring superhero-type superpowers. Slasher stories featuring superhuman serial killers, stories that focus on the victims of stage one, stories where a Super-Power Meltdown leads to an apocalypse, stories about Blessed with Suck powers, stories that make extensive use of Good Thing You Can Heal, etc.
- A comic where Arcade
actually wins. Considering his complete lack of success at killing superheroes, he must be paying for it all with the proceeds from a myriad of successful off-panel contracts carried out upon non-supers and others who lack Plot Armor. I want to see these untold tales for a change, preferably in Mature Readers title. Better still would be an alternate continuity where the supers he's hired to kill don't have their Plot Armor.
Freakazoid as a full DC Universe series. Bring him in towards the end of some big event and have Cosgrove telling the Big Bad to cut it out and end it that way.
Given DC, they'd try to make Freakazoid Darker and Edgier.
It wouldn't be hard.
Just use his origin.
He became one with the internet...
Think about that for a few seconds.
I kind of want to see DC make a miniseries set on Earth-3, featuring the good counterparts of the Legion of Doom/Secret Society/Injustice Gang/insert-villain-team-name-here as they form a plucky resistance movement fighting against the tyranny of the Crime Syndicate.
I'm picturing a lineup of Lex Luthor, Joker, Cheetah, Mirror Master, Solomon Grundy, Black Manta and Jinx, to provide a counterpart to the New52 Justice League.
And just for a twist, reveal that Good Lex Luthor is actually the mainstream Lex Luthor, impersonating his good counterpart because he wants the chance to beat on an evil Superman and be considered a hero for it.
I'd like to see a Spider-Man series taking place in a parallel timeline in which One More Day never occured, in which Aunt May died, Peter is still unmasked, still married to MJ, and on the run from both the law and the many super-criminals who want him dead,
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.
A friend of mine came up with a theory that he calls "Earth 617". Basically, he noted that One More Day rewriting the main continuity doesn't correlate with how multiverses work in Marvel, and argues that every "main" comic post-OMD actually takes place in an parallel universe where nothing changed except for the events shown in One Moment In Time.
As such, I'd like to see a comic where, through similarly contrived reasons, the MU is rewritten so that nothing changes except for everything regarding OMD.

Apparently back in the Pre-Crisis days, DC gave Roy Thomas his own universe to play around with. I would be the happiest man alive if Marvel would let me do that. Like the Ultimate Universe, but not as shock value-y or murdery or incesty.
The very best, like no one ever was. Check out my Spider-Man fanfic here! [1]
Respect the Red Right Hand
A full-on Earthworm Jim comic book. Technically he has been in comics, but it was just a 3 issue limited series.
