I thought I'd bring this up. Now we know that most non-Disney animated movies are made by either people who used to work for Disney, example being Don Bluth. Or people people doing it just for cash. However some animators get this. Even though that they didn't work for Disney, a certain product is made that looks their work but the person himself(or herself) had no connection with the project whatsoever.

I figured that there should be a folder for Non Disney examples for All Animation Is Disney. So what are non-Disney examples you think? I think John K gets this for The Haunted World Of El Superbeasto. Since it has animation similar to likeness of Ren and Stimpy.

The Prince Of Egypt is a rare example of a non-Disney AND non-Don Bluth film that apes Disney. It makes sense that it's Dreamworks, though. And it's an excellent movie, nonetheless.

Also, at first glance, there is not much of a difference between Disney's Doug and Nickelodeon's.

Elf Quest is mistaken as Bakshi's comic, the funny thing is the creator worked on the movie but left during production. Bakshi is also mistakened for doing Rock And Rule(which people think he teamed up with Don Bluth to do).

I think at one point I thought Fern Gully was Don Bluth

Well, at least I'm smart enough to pay attention to production logos, along with "[insert production studio(s) here] present(s)" titles at the beginning and on DVD packages.

Once Upon A Forest was marketed hoping people would think it was a Don Bluth film, actually, by saying it was "from the creator of An American Tail". They were actually referring to David Kirschner. This example was on the All Animation Is Disney page once but got cut for being too off topic I guess.

Guys, I think theorigialblader is aiming for people who didn't work for Disney. but their works get mistaken as theirs.

Grave Of The Fireflies = Ghibli, not Miyazaki. Often mistaken for a Miyazaki film due to its being a Ghibli studio movie, and it being a double feature with My Neighbour Totoro.

My mom once thought that Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs was Blue Sky Studios.

I myself do research very carefully, and so I never experience mistaking a studio for making such and such film. May need to think of examples I heard, then.

One may be The Smurfs. No one will realize the animation was by Sony Animation, who up to now have done pretty cartoony, stylized CG instead of photorealistic stuff.

The Smurfs still do look like cartoons. It's not like they had Katy Perry shoot reference material.

Cartoons with those ugly skin spores, darkened eye flaps, overly-detailed pupils, etc... I suppose we were expecting this, after we saw that they could do it.

Another one I thought up, all Canadian Animation can be mistaken for being made by Nelvana.

Quite honestly, until seeing the All Animation Is Disney , I thought Anastatia was Disney .

Although I never bothered to watch it, so that is how I missed the vanity Disney logo and stuff.
