I'm happy to be getting all this feedback, folks. :D

Guess the goal is minumum damage rather than none, then. If I have to change the laws of physics, that's okay, but I still need a replacement set of laws to keep things from falling apart.

Let's say each pair of holes is moving at the same velocity in the same direction (parallel to one another). Does "go in one, come out the other at the same time" mean anything? If not, what would I have to change, specifically, to make that so?
