If you figure in stuff like YMM Vs, Moments, Character Sheets, etc, overriding the work subpages where the name is different would still be less work than having to do all of them.
@shima: I'd consider that a flaw with the current naming conventions and not actual namespaces.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.I do most of the page-typing. I think I have a pretty good idea of what's on the wiki
While there's certainly a decent amount of works stuck in Film/ * in terms of raw numbers, it's pretty minor compared to the amount of works pages we have in total. And again, with all of the subpages that are expected these days, we're either going to need to move them or allow for dual-namespacing anyway
^^ DragonForce the band vs. Dragon Force the videogame.
Or there's the page Monster that's three completely unrelated works. I run into multiple things on different name spaces a lot, but that might just be my editing habits.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. Dick

Right now, I have to submit every subpage of a page manually through the custom title tool, whenever I come across a page that wouldn't have been caught by the conversion script, i.e. Sam And Max Freelance Police.
What I believe ought to happen: custom titles set in Main should automatically propagate to sub-pages unless specifically overridden. For example, if the custom title had automatically propagated, I submit a request for WesternAnimation.Sam And Max Freelance Police for its full proper title ("The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police") that overrides only that one page.
