I like both, and going by what I'm hearing I'm gonna watch Killer Queen.
Max is by far one of my favorite characters - he's so aggressively supportive.

It's been 3000 years…Just watched The Slumber Party Massacre. Man, but the bar used to be low...
Just in time for the titular holiday, here's a teaser trailer for Halloween Kills.
It's been 3000 years…The sequel raised the bar in many ways, becoming incredibly surreal. Probably intentional given the All Just a Dream double ending.
I love James A. Janisse - easily one of the nicest guys in the kill count business. So cheerful for a guy whose job revolves around dead bodies.
Also, I might be an extra pretty soon in a horror flick.

Sign on for this After The End Fantasy RP.I want a movie that has the feel of the daytime parts of the original Halloween.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I meant to watch the Halloween series this month, but my damn work schedule took all the fun out of marathons.
Find the Light in the DarkI've been trying to remember this one slasher that took place during a prom, that I remember liking because the prom was a good reason for the normal slasher movie tropes to happen without the characters being complete idiots.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. One of the Prom Night movies?
Here's a list of Prom Horrors, maybe it's on there or Horror Doesn't Settle for Simple Tuesday?
, I'm not sure.
What I remember liking it about it was that the prom served as a good reason for the teenagers to be unaware there's a killer on the loose and have them disappear one by one without anyone else noticing.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.Did you ever figure it out?
Formerly KarmaMeter.I want to say it was maybe My Blood Valentine 3D, but I would need to watch it again to be sure.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I don't think it matches the description you gave. At least, I don't remember a prom scene.
Formerly KarmaMeter.Maybe just Valentine?
I've been meaning to check that out because I like the killer's mask.
Formerly KarmaMeter. It ends up it was the Prom Night remake that I was thinking about.

Case settled in favour of the original writer... Who apparently doesn't think ANY of the Jason-as-killer movies should be canon. This could be interesting.

"These 'no-nonsense' solutions of yours just don't hold water in a complex world of jet-powered apes and time travel."Well, I hope they do something interesting with that then, because otherwise it’s a shame this franchise had to die this way.
It's been 3000 years…I wonder how this may impact the video game. Or, maybe that one is a lost cause at this point.
The game was abandoned by its developers a while ago.
I don't think this will change the Friday the 13th films as we know them. Nobody just wants a straight remake of the original because most of the iconography is from the sequels. It just changes whoever they're making deals with.
Friday the 13th without Jason would just feel wrong at this point.
He's the face of the franchise.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."It is a damn pity that the rights ultimately went to someone who basically hates the franchise and the legacy it has in culture.
I hope he realizes that his opinion is a stark minority opinion.
In terms of slasher movies, it's one of the genres I hope to work in.

I liked The Babysitter, but Killer Queen has just pissed me off royally. Don't make a sequel if you're going to ignore or completely rewrite dangling plot points.
