Is there a trope for this: changing internet poll options after voting

Someone sets up an online poll with options a) b) and c)

after most people vote for b), the person who made the poll edits the option so that it says something different. The result is that it looks like the majority of people voted for something they didn't actually vote for.

PZ Meyers draws attention to a Fox poll where this has happened:

There are other examples that have been better illustrated but I can't find them right now because I'm a little drunk.

Posting to the forum while drunk isn't against the rules is it?
