Back from Skyrim, gents. Today was a very productive day for me in terms of gaming, all-told; this afternoon I cleared out the Fire Temple in roughly thirty minutes, a fairly blistering pace which surprised me as I never once picked up the Compass or the Dungeon Map during this run. In Skyrim, meanwhile, I finally mastered the Unrelenting Force dragonshout (so now I can FUS RO DAH! with impugnity), and I took on a pair of giants and won.
I'll get to examining those profiles now, though don't be surprised if you guys don't hear back from me before tomorrow afternoon.
The Danse Macabre CodexAnansi's fine, Bindle. I've updated the first post of the new sign-up thread with a list of accepted characters; so far, lem's, Oni-Lord's and des' characters are all in, while chabal's and Exelixi's are awaiting revision and/or feedback.

The Danse Macabre CodexYay! This will be fun!
Cat's less aggressive than Eoin, but she'd still not be cool with it. If it looked too tough to take on, she'd probably try other solutions first.
Oh, here's a question: Can Inheritors hear prayers directed at them?

Mura: -flips the bird to veterinary science with one hand and Euclidean geometry with the other-. . . Come to think of it, it might actually be pretty cool to have a character with a different version of one character's god as an Essence and be his immensely-more-powerful Shadow Archetype.
And then for him to get stabbed in the face so the good guy can take his Essence and make himself whole.
<_<v
Mura: -flips the bird to veterinary science with one hand and Euclidean geometry with the other-This dashing and daring arachnid right here.
And that was exactly my intention.
Kind of having trouble deciding what powers he should get though. I was thinking something along the line of illusions, webbing, and enhanced agility, though I'm not so sure about that now.
"You have more than enough potential. So tell me what is the one wish that would make your soul gem shine." -Mitt Romney, probablyHe was the bringer of rain, yeah, but I don't recall him being labeled as a god. Not sure how I'd implement the rain thing anyway.

And pretty sure we're going with Greeks and Romans as separate, considering Colonial's robot was made by Hephaistos and Vulcan didn't mention him. (Also I have Herakles dislike Hercules, that whole "your civilization attacked mine and copied its best points" thing.)
Colonial: Jack is dead and buried, both literally and figuratively. Also, I learn from my mistakes.
