I am sure I read one for Legend of Koizumi manga and well as many other scify stories. Well if there is I would like to add toe Real Life the crazy Richard C. Hoagland as claimed as stated in this Wiki article "Hoagland draws special attention to the fact that this event occurred close to President Barack Obama's arrival in Norway to accept the Nobel Peace Prize. On 2–3 February 2010, on the Coast to Coast AM radio show,[72] Hoagland announced that the Russian SLBM had in fact been captured by Dark Forces intent on preventing mankind's exploration of outer space. These Dark Forces, he explained, were probably headed by Nazi officers who had escaped into space after World War II. To Hoagland, this was a sufficient explanation of President Obama's desire to cancel Project Constellation, since Obama had clearly accepted that any attempt to return to the Moon would be thwarted by the superior technology of the Nazis in space."

Yes Nazis in Space, I thought it was a trope if it isn't it should be,

There is A Nazi by Any Other Name, which can be a form of Nazis In Space. There is Scary Dogmatic Aliens (or at least one category of them), which can be the same. There is Recycled In Space, which seems to happen a lot with WWII. There is no trope specifically for Nazis In Space. I would have to say that your example doesn't fit into any of those, and it doesn't really need to (being Real Life and not from fiction). It might fit better under something like Conspiracy Theorist or Cloudcuckoolander.
