Is there anyone brave enough to tackle 'I've Got Batman In My Basement' and all it's Home Alone tomfoolery?

I will volunteer to do so, just because no one else will, but first I need to get a hold of the episode.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.First of all, if we're going episode recaps, I'm in.
"IGBIMB" isn't as bad as made out to be. I found "Moon of the Wolf" to be far worse; the animation was meh, Milo was phenomenally stupid, the exposition was lazy.
Edit - Wait, THAT was the broadcast order?

And let us pray that come it may (As come it will for a' that)As far as I know, yes. I consulted multiple sites to make sure I had something agreeable.
EDIT: In other news, I've started up Recap pages for two other DCAU shows, indexed here.

Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Random question: anyone else get the impression they pitched up Mark Hamill's voice for The New Batman Adventures. His voice is quite a bit less deep (not that it was very deep to begin with) there. Come to think of it, Harley's voice might be a bit lighter as well.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I've just recapped 'Heart of Ice', which according to this, is agreed to be the best episode EVAH for the series on this site. I was just watching it on The WB website (which has quite a few episodes on there), and it really was a really good episode.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.I wouldn't say the best episode ever, but it was certainly the episode most famous for being phenomenal.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. It may not be the absolute best episode (some would argue "Perchance to Dream" for how powerfully it defines the character of Batman/Bruce Wayne) but it is the episode that defined what the show became. Here they didn't just revamp a character and make it work, everyone almost unanimously agree that they created a superior version. Before then that was unheard of, an adaptation outdoing the source material.
Even well received adaptations, both film and television, had fans agreeing on certain aspects not working right (Lex Luthors comedic portrayal or Batman's readiness to kill).
That guy who made that Zubatman TAS teaser has released another short clip.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Awesome!
Bite my shiny metal ass.I've just watched Mask Of The Phantasm.
Bruce was being very Moe, he was almost Out of Character.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. That movie made me fall in love with Bruce.
...As a character. Fall in love as a character.
-wistful sigh-
ophelia, you're breaking my heartThanks for the tips. Alright. I'll start a binge soon, once I'm done with Homestuck. And know I realized how stupid that sentence sounds, so I'll start this weekend.

If you wanna PM me, send it to my mrsunshinesprinkles account; this one is blorked.Heart of Ice came on earlier this week, and being the first time I saw I thought eh TV tropes kind of overhyped it(but then again we overhype everything we like lol) but it's still one of the most memorable episodes for me, and out of the ones with Mr. freeze I've seen it's probably the best. I love Mr. Freeze's voice work, it was excellent. Man he sounded so cool and his delivery was great. Gah this show had some nice voice acting.
I also saw Almost Got Em during the batman/superman bowl thing. That one has got to be one of my favorites as well, great twist and I love seeing Bat villains all together.
I have to say, Kevin Conroy = Best Batman and the definitive voice for him.

I'm wondering if Catwoman is under the trope Eerie Pale-Skinned Brunette. Well, that's because whenever she is in costume, the bottom half of her face is all white. Explain that.
she's blond this time so no.
I'm talking about the revamp.
when was that?
In The New Batman Adventures, whenever she's in costume, the bottom half of her face is all pale when not in costume, it's normal.
The tie-in comics seemed to point at it being makeup.
Y'know, watching the Mad Hatter origin episode again... his story is still fairly tragic, but I hadn't seen it for a while - it comes off as a lot creepier now than I remember - even before the mind control comes out.

Everything is Possible. But some things are more Probable than others. JEBAGEDDON 2016The guy has a name, you know.
RIP Michael Ansara, you will be missed. :-(
If you watch the series from the beginning you'll go a while before you hit a really good Joker episode, but otherwise... yeah. If only because that way you see the origins before other adventures. Though there are some episodes I suggest you gloss over (we already brought up "I've Got Batman In My Basement" - I call dibs on not being the one to recap that).
Also, you should definitely watch "On Leather Wings" and "Pretty Poison" before you watch "Two-Face," for the added effect.
