-The door comes crashing down with a heavy thud, the hinges clearly succumbing to rust and time and a large, rather sophisticated chamber lies in wait. Each of the corners seem to hold a statue. One made of silver, another bronze, another gold and one platinum, none of which are damaged, yet...there's something odd about them. As for the room itself, a simple altar in the center and rows of church-like chairs is the only other thing of note.-
Wren: ...Talk about anti-climactic.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Joshua: There's been worse places than this. Like a temple full of blood and fighting off horrible monsters that...have a surprising weakness to sushi-knives. ...You would have to be there to understand. -coughs-
-The statues look normal and if one were to look really closely, one statue has a sort of mechanism which allows it to turn around. However...they're all facing the walls and away from the center of the room.-
Wren: ...Kinda odd...
Lisella: Hmmm...
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.-The statue makes a metallic ting, made of Bronze, it's rather cold to touch. As for the other statues, it's impossible to move them. Whether it's some powerful thing holding it in place or some sort of mysterious force...-
Joshua: Well then...
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.-Well, Dave's statue remains the same as before, cold, unmoving gold that stares at the wall, while the one with Tyson's remains a stalwart silver, shining in the darkness, while Kris...finds, nothing. The altar itself look like it's covered with dust, possibly obscuring something.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.-On closer expection of the alter, it'd seem the dust is indeed hiding something. By the looks of it, a button and what seems to be a book is covered, along with a scrap of paper sticking out. A bookmark?-
Wren: Probably best to just leave it alone for the time being. Maybe...I don't know, but if this isn't a trap, then...
Joshua: ...Four statues, yet one's seems to be shining and trying to turn...that could mean...hmmmm. I think we could be onto something big here...!
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Wren: Er, kind of the opposite, really...
-The bookmark in question? Upon closer inspection, it's a piece of a map. As for the book, it's practically crumbling into dust, so whatever was written inside is gone.-
Joshua: ...Interesting...
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Joshua: Well, in either case, I think that's all there is for the time being. Are we ready to head back?
Wren: Maybe. But it's also a quick way to get into a lot of trouble.
-The map looks like it's part of the tundra portion surrounding the school, yet there's only half of the map there...-
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Joshua: -blinks and nods- Alright then. One moment... -gratefully takes the map piece before raising his hand and clicking his fingers three times, causing everyone to vanish and then re-appear outside the school- And that's that, I believe.
Wren: ...That was fast.
Lisella: Zzzzzz.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.

-Well, the entire group gets across and stand in front of the massive doors.-
Wren: ...We going to open these, I guess...?
Lisella: Well, they're not barred shut, so...
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.
