-The platform holds their weight. As for the table, a simple chest rests on it, partially covered with gold dust and the lock on it has been broken.-
Joshua: Well, we'll go THIS way, then.
Wren: If he put up a wall...it meant he's been this way...or went the other way...

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Wren: ...H-Hey, wait up! -follows-
Lisella: -sighs- :|
Joshua: Well, I'm sure he can look after himself. -Down the left hall, the path continues for a little bit before making a turn around a corner, the tiles of the floor seeming a little loose.-
-Inside the chest, happens to be part of a map, a very, VERY old compass and ancient bills of money. ...Oh. And the platform begins to rumble beneath Jo and Kris.- Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.
Lisella: -nods- I'm getting even more chillssss down my spine. Something feels...dangeroussss...
Joshua: Just be careful where you step. -flings a small wisp of light down the hallway to illuminate where they've been-
-A little further ahead leads to more stairs leading down further. The walls look like they're more and more damaged by claws, weapons or something, but it looks like the damage has been there for years. As for the floor, some tiles clearly jut up above the rest...-
-Kris and Jo barely escape as the platform sinks down into the shadows as if it was an ancient sort of elevator.- Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.
Dave: This shit is just asking you to step on some tiles and activates some traps, these walls close enough? I need something to jump off of.
Tyson: You're intending to jump across the floor to the other end? How long does this stretch again? -observes-
mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's mean-The distance to the stairs and the group is about...2 and half meters. And not all of them would be able to jump that far.-
Joshua: ...Hm. I may have an idea...
Lisella: ....
-At the crossroads, apart from the wall vanishing, a wisp of light glows brightly down the left hallway, illuminating a good deal of the corridors.-
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Dave: Alright, you implement that idea, I'll check to see if there's anything more than just stairs on the other end.
-Dave does some sort of flash step maneuver to the other end-
Tyson: ...okay. It seemed he did intend to jump all the way across.
mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's meanJoshua: Well...something like this, then. Float! -causes everyone nearby to hover a few inches above the ground- And now we just gracefully...move through the air. -swims through the air-
Wren: >_<
Lisella: -panics a little-
-Down the stairs...is a very, VERY large double-door.-
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Tyson: -takes this moment to calmly get used to hovering before making his way across in a calm manner-
Dave: -looks at the door and mumbles to himself- Damn. Whose idea was it to make doors this big? What do they even need all that space for? Just in case whatever deity was getting worshiped came by? "Hey guys, all these small ass mortal doors are too inadequate for a person of my caliber. I'm gonna curse you out of spite now."
mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's mean

-The wall fades when Tyson makes the attempt. All that's left is a single card, which floats in front of him, just out of reach.-
Card: Good eyes.
-It floats down the other hallway, to Kris.-
Kris: Yeah, that might be useful... At least I can provide some light though, right...?
