Joshua: Very well. Then you'll be responsible for your own well-being then. Stay safe, if that's the case. -is wearing a backpack, so, yes the card is put in a pocket-
-Apart from a few branches and possibly some thorns and vines in the trees, it's relatively easy to cut through them for the most part. Birds seem to be flying in the opposite direction to get away from the noise, while bugs, some normal, others Pokemon, attempt to keep their distance.-
Lisella: ...Hm.
-The group isn't that hard to catch up to, they haven't vanished from sight just yet.-

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.-The birds curiously look down at Raidou, tilting their heads. And completely at random, an Owl that's awake at the wrong time of the day decides to perch on his hat instead. As for Kris going off the path a little, he might realize the ground beneath him feels a little different as he walks along. It's a lot more...solid and harder than the forest floor.-
-A whole heap of vines block the main path ahead, making Joshua stop-
Joshua: ...Odd.
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.-The owl soon drifts off, surprisingly heavy, but nowhere near hostile. Raidou probably does a little silly with a bird-hat, though. As for the ground Kris is standing on, it seems to be made of midnight-black stone brick. It's firmly stuck into the dirt, but the further he walks, the more bricks seem to appear. As for the vines, they're doing a good job at concealing something.-
Joshua: Hm, well, if you want. I could easily deal with it if necessary.
Lisella: ...What?
Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.Joshua: Of course I can. -smiles, adjusting his headband and stretches his hand out to the side, a silver longsword that seems to radiate a small aura of light appearing in a blur of movement, cleanly slices through the vines obstructing the path- And the path's open again.
Lisella: ...Could've jussssst gone around... -blinks- ...Where's...?
Sig: -has a Weedle caught in his net, looking rather happy. Well, maybe.-
-The ground beneath Kris soon becomes nothing but bricks, with the sunlight shining from above soon fading as it gets darker and a bit harder to see.-

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.-Unless Kris can reach up for the sunlight/canopy to let more, it'll be a bit difficult. There's something in the shadows, yet it's hard to make out. It is standing completely still and seems to tower over him. As for everyone else, the trail continues heading forward, the forest becoming even more dense and eerily silent, with less sunlight managing to get through the branches above.
Lisella: ...Interesssssting.
Wren: ...? What?
Joshua: Well, shall we press on? -smiles- Ah, well with enough practice, I'm certainly sure you could do the same, Tyson. Unless you planned on using fire which, well, the whole forest would go up like kindling.

-A few branches are at arms length, while most of them seem to be near the top of the trees which tower over the group, the leaves and branches forming the canopy, a blanket of green blocking out the sky, with a few rays of sunlight shining through. The leave in question is from eucalyptus tree, giving off a faint aroma.-
Joshua: Well, keep in mind it might make it difficult to find you. -pushes forward through the trees, the ground covered with a few vines and branches-
Sig: -quietly looking around for insects-
Lisella: -yawns and slithers forwards-
Wren: -sneezes-
