Incidentally, Scarab, it's good of you to mention 'random insta-kill'. It would have been a lot more appropriate if we were dealing with Witches, and it looks like we have a lower volume of signups this time around (thank you, RP gods), so I don't think I'll be instituting my planned high-stakes-battle rule. I never got around to using it in the old Wards, but the basic idea would have been, given that we needed to pare down the number of characters, that if you didn't dodge properly or well enough, I would have killed off your Magical Girl. I did post to that effect in the discussion thread, but I was never able to implement it.
Oh well. We've never seen the Demons fight, but I don't think they're capable of sudden-death attacks... unless they have to be at some point in the future...
It's been fun.You people and your sappy backstories~ You should make happy girls, like Alicia!

That is all she needed. That is all... Her dreams of seeing the world have become her strength, and lifts her wings.Ciel is a survivor, she's seen at least 5 other meguca fall in battle in this new timeline. All of them were her friends in some way or another, whether they were her classmates, campus buddies, or merely sisters-in-arms brought together by necessity. It has never stopped hurting her to lose a friend to Despair or death in battle. One of the few things to keep Ciel going is her boyfriend, and in fact she has come close to the brink because he injured himself during BMT once, and only pulled herself together because he was only injured and not dead. I expect her to get really, really ticked off if a Demon manages to kill her smartphone because that will cut off one of her ways to stay in touch with her bf, at least until she gets a new smartphone.
The most bittersweet thing? One of her friends, who had the incredible bad luck to suffer Netorare a couple times, was partly driven to despair by jealousy of Ciel's fortune to have such a good boyfriend.
I'm thinking of using my experiences of having had the chance to actually enter the MRT subway-station tunnels to come up with a new scenario based on the Beatrix train uberboss Witch. Whoever said attending my reservist training was useless? I get to go onto the train tracks~
Joke: Singaporean girls, go for the NSmen! They can cook, clean, and are already used to taking orders :V

The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Admittedly, I think the only thing keeping Michiko away from Megucahalla is her determination to stop people from hurting others. And that can turn ugly in an instant if she ever jumps off the slippery slope.
On the other hand, she has her parents, who are understanding and caring people. And a small group of friends, although with the Alpha Bitch in her school it's kinda a precarious situation.
Train Witch? Awesome! I foresee a Traintop Battle in the future. Maybe one of us could suplex that witch, just so we can say MOTHERFUCKER SUPLEXED A TRAIN.

"Stealing is a crime and drugs is a crime too BUT if you steal drugs the two crimes cancel out and it’s like basically doing a good."Perhaps Asuka has seen at least one girl fade away. Someone she worked with for a short time. Hence she knows what happens to soul gems when they get completely spent.
Oh! And the train idea was so awesome sounding that there is no way we can't use it, with some tweakage of course.

Alright, folks, current plan is to write a capstone post that will (hopefully) wrap stuff up in the other Wards. I'll then write the intro post to the new Ward (which will probably just be Kyoen City proper - y'all can go to the beach, as well, if you like) and put them both up at around the same time. Sound good to everyone?
It's been fun.Hm. Can Demons affect human minds? We might get a Situation where the magical girls need to prevent affect people from hurting each other on a train while others scour the subway tunnels to clear out some Demons that formed inside.
I'm imagining some of the later, stronger/more aggressive demons to be like the things you fight in Devil May Cry and Bayonetta. The weaker stuff is like those monklike things Homura battles.

Geeze, I don't know what'll happen, but I did it. And it cost me two hours I could have been playing dark souls instead.
Oh well, this was the better choice.
Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.Saddly I have not.
It's been on my list of things to do (alongside the Kn K movies), but I've let my own sloth stop me, along with me keep forgetting it and doing other thing.
Though, I've been spoiling virtually everything about it for me. I've read the wiki, the tvtropes page, summaries.

I believe I know everything that's needed to know...

Not to act is to act. It'll be funny to have a meguca being, uhhh, what do you call a female brony? sisterhoof? And she'll keep on going on about the Magic of Friendship and the Incubator would be all "I don't get it, that's totally illogical".

PM me whenever my turn comes up :D
I await the city coming up. Ciel will have a backstory that dates back to when she made her Wish; it'll be stretched out over quite a few years.
