This seems like it might be a variation on Role-Ending Misdemeanor. It's actually similar to what happened with Yancy Butler and Witchblade.

Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.This story has been reported in English newspapers. I'm not even sure the show was ever shown in this country and if so, it wasn't a huge hit. So great is the power of Mr Sheen's self-destructiveness.
The report mentioned his abuse of the creator of Two and A Half Men, whose name I can't remember, as amongst other things "an earthworm". Other than save Charlie's career from the toilet, what did the poor man do wrong?
"Well, it's a lifestyle."Dharma and Greg.
Just kidding, Chuck Lorre's shows aren't the best but he does have fun with them. And The Big Bang Theory has its fans.
More Buscemi at http://forum.reelsociety.com/He also cowrote the theme song to the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. Really!
online since 1993 | huge retrocomputing and TV nerd | lee4hmz.info (under construction) | heapershangout.comWe have Chuck Lorre Vanity Plates but not Chuck Lorre? Anywho, his name isn't Haim Levine so I'm left wondering, what is it with drunk hollywood stars and the jews?
Anywho, we do in fact have Two And A Half Men in the UK but it's on Comedy Central which is probably nothing like the American Comedy Central and which is cable only. It's probably just sick curiosity and the fact that many people have just been fired because the lead was a drunk who then became an every other addiction thing.
So...in other words, the show was cancelled because the lead couldn't act. Hiyo!
Nah, now he's unemployed, he's got the Law of Inverse Value
on his side.

Production has shut down on the series and is said not to be resuming. I'm amazed the show lasted this long.
