Well, it's a Stock Phrase.
Maybe the examples need some cleaning.

The examples definitely need cleaning. It's a valid trope- "Hey, how many cops are out there?" "....All of them?" Bu any example of 'all of them' being mentioned does not fit.

They lost me. Forgot me. Made you from parts of me. If you're the One, my father's son, what am I supposed to be?There's definitely a problem in that the phrase "All of Them" is used in many different ways, but many of those different contexts would be tropes in their own right.
I'd, at least, suggest some kind of soft split on the page for examples of the phrase All of Them in other tropable ways, like using it as a bullshit answer to a question which one cannot provide a more specific answer (the Sarah Palin example in the Real Life section is a standout for that).

This may be problematic thanks to Homestuck; there's a running gag involving the phrase "all of them". Context is usually things like, for example, "I have gained ALL of the levels. ALL OF THEM." Often referring to something that doesn't have a concrete number - "I have ALL The luck!" or "Guess how many irons I have in the fire? ALL OF THEM."
BTW, I'm a chick. To me, this looks like an attempt to turn a Homestuck in-joke into a trope without putting too much thought into the trope part.
Wait, no, it's too old. Just a bad trope.

Infinite Tree: an experimental storyNever heard of Homestuck, and my first thought on seeing the name was the scene from The Professional listed on the page.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Yeah, I've seen examples of the description there in action, I suspect people were trying to go for a specific form of the stock phrase used as a gag, but there's no way we can have a page called All of Them while Homestuck is so popular without seeing misuse.
BTW, I'm a chick.
I would prefer "How Many?" "All Of Them" to avoid being overly specific with the question, but yeah, I like that idea.
I like "How Many?" "All Of Them" since now adding the two bits of punctuation is simple.
...This is really going to make title picking easier isn't it?
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickIt seems AllOfThem is currently going to a new name (All of Them), not sure if any cleanup's happened, though.

It seems that it was a custom title request. (I would of added a "..." in there.)

Maybe I'm just not getting it, but this doesn't seem like a trope. It's got a bunch of examples, but the only thing they have in common is that a character makes reference to all the members of a group. ("All of Them.")
