Travis is a troper! Remember the thread where
Travis: I hate how every page has a TGWTG quote!
Anonymous poster: You could just delete them.
Travis: I can't, because I'm lazy.
Feotakahari: I agree with him. I am also lazy
Anonymous Poster:Makes thread.

Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.He seems to be following Charlie Sheen's teachings.
The troll is strong on this one.
But for real, when will they get that not all of TV Tropes is dedicated to TGWTG? And he as a former troper should now that. So it seems to me that he's just personally pissed with the site, and probably with some people, and used this particular subject to get some attention.
I can't have you close, so I become a ghost and I watch you, I watch you.Busy Street hasn't posted about TV Tropes today, so you're pretty much beating a dead horse.
Also, I am Spartacus.
Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.No, I am Spartacus.

Well, it had to happen eventually, they need to focus their anger in so many other sites. But they will eventually come back, they always do.

I can't have you close, so I become a ghost and I watch you, I watch you.You can tell this guy has an agenda on TGWTG, since he deems LordKat non-sucky based on his opinions, rather than the quality of his work.
In other words: If there was a TGWTG-contributor who really loved Channel Awesome and made videos that TravisBickle found fantastic, TravisBickle would still call that person a talentless hack.

Some people think it's funny, some people don't. It's the internet.
Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.Ladies and Gentleman, "Forky"
gives his impressions on Halloween Havoc '98
I think it was perhaps to mock his Wrestle Wrestle vlogs on the basis that their considered to be nothing more than mindless ramblings from a "wannabe" smark. That, or poking at the fact that the Bryan/Sheamus match from last night's WM got relegated to a dark match, hence the black out. I don't know, just a bunch of random guessing on my part.
This would probably be a more decisive parody
Edit: Just remembered, (or more Jordan reminding me), Havoc '98 was the same PPV were the match between Goldberg and DDP got blacked out due to the show running for too long. Explains the blackout gag.

This thread has become as aimless as TNA's booking. (And why am I dropping wrestling references all of a sudden?).
Latest article today pretty much deconstructs the argument of a random TGWTG fan who decided to rant about BS.
Of course, all he really did was just contribute more to BS rather unflattering portrayal of the fanbase. Reason why I bring this up? Well, for those who still feel they haven't answered your question about the donation drive, this is probably as close as you're going to hear from Jordan, or Mike, or whoever wrote this. As well as some other complaints.
By the way, this
was something I've been meaning to bring up. Thoughts?
And if they're so "The trolls here are just a Vocal Minority, all we really want is freedom of speech", then why can't TGWTG fans be given the same courtesy?
Well, "Buddy" there wasn't exactly tactful himself, what with calling himself a "trollslayer" and saying they lose every argument. And as you know, going out and saying BS is just a bunch of trolls is not the best way to start a debate when they've gone on numerous times to explain that their not trolls.
As for free speech, you do notice though that no comments get deleted or censored, even from those who don't like the site. It's a way for BS to say "Yes, your opinion is flawed, but at least we won't delete it or throw down the banhammer. Would you expect the same from Spoony or Film Brain? I doubt it."
Course, free speech means this also gives them the privilege to pick apart the others argument, but since they don't delete the comment...
And hey, 1,000 posts. Didn't think it'd get this far.

Damn you, Myrmy. I can't even post on there, due to it glitching up my computer. Now all I can do is point and gape.
relinking for context
I am deeply, personally and morally offended by the implication that Dicken's Tale of Two Cities is seen as high culture.
Also, keep in mind that those books are just that — one book. One. These are hours, if not DAYS worth of compiled time. Of COURSE there will be more material and thus more tropes.
