Ugh. That and the tightroping you gotta do in a lot of Night stages. Pain.

At least Chu-Nan's boss is pretty cool. I actually don't really remember its Night levels very well, though.

Well, I finished Pariah's video of Sonic Colors. I respect the guy, but I'm dropping his videos now because as I suspected it would happen: he says nothing I haven't heard in the last 13 years.

"bad jokes, OOC, Japanese" Blah blah blah.

Pariah even annoyed me with the very pretentious observation of "Sonic and Tails were never sassy with one another". It's only a problem in the next game with the Zeti, but genuinely, whatever.

It's in the middle of a tour that has been for months, with several stops still to come. I just visited a friend to go to the one that was yesterday.

I went to the San Antonio showing back in December, it was amazing! What warmed my heart was when Dave Vives high fived both fans and their plushies, plus the crowd being a mix of both younger and older people. It made me smile, knowing that the love for a certain blue hedgeog with Super-Speed transcends age.

Dang. I gotta check and see if the part of tour where I live is still gonna happen.

Although I probably missed my chance tbh. I wish I didn’t forget these things so easily. :(

Apparently there are rumors of there being a Sonic Generations remaster, based on a reputable (but also still sometimes incorrect) insider. Grain of salt and all that.

[down] Not what this rumor was referring to just a heads-up.

For the record, Tyson Hesse clarified that the Generations picture that shows up in Tailstube was edited by him because the original didn't look good, so don't take Tailstube as some early hint of Generations ever happening.

I'll be able to go to the Sonic Symphony in April. The location near me was added in a later batch, so at first I just figured I wasn't gonna get to go.

I'm honestly not sure if I want SEGA to remaster anymore Sonic games, especially with how they treated Sonic Colors and Sonic Origins. Once SEGA makes several good Sonic games in a row, then I would be open to the idea of a remaster of an older game.

Wow. We don't even have a works page for Sonic Origins! I get that it's just older Sonic games repackaged, so there's no need for such a page to exist, but wow.

So…

You guys know those rumors about a Generations remaster getting announced in a PlayStation State of Play?

Not only is one coming this Wednesday, but someone noticed that a Sonic Franchise sale is going on in Steam…and it doesn't include the OG Generations port. Which that same someone notes is a good sign that it's getting delisted soon.

(Please be good, please be good, please be good!)

Well, there goes what little hope I had for a free upgrade for people who already had Generations on Steam.

A Generations remaster that, like, expands the game by adding levels and stuff from newer or previously unused Sonic titles on top of the base game would be amazing.

Did Desert Dazzle or whatever it was from Sonic CD ever show up anywhere?

EDIT: Also Sand Shower Zone from Sonic 2. Lots of scrapped desert zones.

The Generations remaster better have even more stages. You can also include additional Rival Battles like Jet, Knuckles, and Blaze.

A remaster for Colors made some sense because its original platform was the Wii. Generations was also already on HD consoles.

People are saying more the remaster should have more stages, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if "more stages" would just be all the stages from both the console and 3DS versions

At best. Wouldn't count on even that much.

Well, bits of it were basically cannibalized to form Mania's Mirage Saloon zone.

Are explosions science?
