The short is probably that Win Back The Crowd represents a specific tangible series of events (that is: "work does something that causes the audience to turn away from it, but the does something that erases its existing bad press"), whereas Win The Crowd is just "people liked this," for which we already have several things that work.
Third...ed.
Although I legitimately love most of what RWBY does as a franchise
And the RWBY-vibes I get from “Vandalize” make sense in that both Frontiers and RWBY Volume 9 have similar premises. Protagonist group gets sent to a strange island and must find their way home and encounter an odd inhabitant of said island.
Bonus points for Ruby and Sonic both having speed as their power.
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!Super Ruby when?note
Fair enough, just tried to be alliterative.

I assure you, I'm perfectly trustable personIts so weird because the people I've seen who are less than enthusiastic are the same people I see not really like the noughtie era games.
I never got to interact with a lot fans who didn't like those games, so seeing them react to these songs now is weird.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.

Win Back the Crowd requires the work to be released.
