Long ago, there was the great darkness. It was cold, and refreshing, but empty... all save the two great lights. The greater light, the sun, was a violent fool. Xyr sibling was the lesser light, gentle and wise, and xe was known as the moon.
One day, the two lights grew lonely, and together they created the world. The sun, with xyr fiercesome power, forged the dark earth and gave it energy and motion. The moon, with xyr wisdom and kindness, created the gentle seas, the flowing waters, and the elegant design of the creatures that roamed it.
But then they realized that they were still lonely. There were no thinking creatures.
The sun was lazy, and a tyrant. Xe demanded that the moon give of xyrself for their children.

Ah, sorry, you're probably not from my world. I have something that allows me to travel in between parallel planes of existence, realms. I'm from Earthrealm originally, which to most people is just Earth. It happens to work here as well.
But yeah, you need some kind of teleportation device to get outta here. Or fate.
"You'd never do something as irrational as dying."-listens to the story-
.... -goes outside and lays down on the Mana flowers-
-listens-
Vote. .#Bayonetta 4 Smash-xe nods- I know. It is an ancient tale, the ancient words of my ancestors. These words, -xe nods solemnly- are the greatest truth.
Anyway, the moon disagreed, saying they should share the burden, but the sun grew angry and hot, and in xyr fury xe broke the moon apart. The largest part remained, but the many smaller parts were fragmented, and filled the night sky... save three. They fell, upon a group of lowly creatures... the humble ahmun. It took shape inside of those ahmun, the first of our kind, and they became the first ancestors.
They were the first clan. Every child of theirs gained a light from the sky, and at death the light returned. So the world began, and since then we have lived in fear of the sun, for it torments us with its burning heat and the fury of the creatures that seek to devour us. But the light of the moon guides us through the long nights, and helps give us just enough light to see by, to hunt by, to survive. The moon lives within us all, as do our ancestors.

-sighs and sits down on the couch again, removes his hat and places it on the table-
Well, at least there's the positive side. Oh, how rude of me, you can just call me Mr. Egbert.
-listens to Avax's story- ...I'm curious, are most of the people in here aliens? Am I making first contact for my people?
mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's meanYou know, there was one difference. There was no vision of me killing you. Just... The other part.(blushes)
So, lemme get this straight. You're more or less related with Moon itself? Wow... Though, to be honest, Sun in Sunset Peninsula is a great thing. Sol The Live Giver, its god, is a being all races but vampires admire.
(to Mr. Egbert) Well, I'm half-orc, half-elf, so... yeah.(shrugs)

As for the world itself, it is... it is beautiful. A mysterious place. Wonderous, and vast. Great mountains, ancient tundras, the black leaves of the trees and plants, forests full of wonder and strange creatures.
-xe nods at Ujasiri- The moon is our guide, protector, and the heart of all ahmun. The lights in the sky at night are our ancestors and descendants, watching over us.
I'll mention, Avax just told a creation myth, nothing more. Much as xe would deny it
