-Aichi's trying to wrap his head around Homura's explanation, but perhaps he's a tad too optimistic about his friends to think such a thing-
"Yeah, people are quite different from one another and some differences might be pretty big..."
-Aichi pauses while trying to think of what to say-
''... but those differences shouldn't be enough to ruin friendships. I have faith in my friends."
-He's speaking with confidence. He truly doesn't believe that differences could make him dislike his friends. Perhaps he is extremely naive.-
I think Aichi is tapping into the "FRIENDSHIP" morals of anime. He's a card game anime protagonist so it's basically in his job description to preach about friendship... OK, not really, but still.
Main Room
-Aichi is rather confused. What does Homura mean by that? Doesn't she have friends she can trust?-
"Well... I don't know what your world is like, but... if you ever need a friend I'll be here."
-...At least until he somehow gets back home, that is.-

-Aichi blinks in surprise.-
"W-Well... I just mean that you can talk to me if you need someone to talk to."
-Did he really use it so lightly? Perhaps he shouldn't have said it quite like that. Maybe he was being too personal with his words...-
"S-Sorry. I didn't mean to upset you."

"It was nice meeting you, Homura!"
Darn it, seeing Homura refer to people with proper Japanese honorifics makes me wonder if I should have had Aichi use honorifics and such all along. I mostly ditched them for the sake of simplicity on my part, but it would probably be more accurate if I use them...
Main Room
(Homura simply nods a bit as she passes Aichi. Once she gets to the stairs and starts ascending them, though, both Aichi and Leos may suddenly hear what seems like her voice coming from...within their head.)
Homura: <How sure are you of that?>
(Telepathy. Always a good way to keep people off.)
Entirely up to you if you know how they work. I probably switch between Japanese honorifics and Western equivalents depending on whatever is in my head. Anyway, I'm off to vote.

-Aichi's shocked by Homura's voice. It couldn't have been his Psy Qualia... could it? He's been keeping close tabs on that and it only seems to activate when he's playing Vanguard or watching someone else play Vanguard... So... does that mean that Homura used telepathy?-
"..."
-And so, in response, he simply thought to himself:-
I'm sure.
All right. Thank you for giving me a chance to have Aichi interact with Homura!"

Uh... Telepaths, Super Soldiers, Mobile Suits that had the ability to blow apart colonies with one shot, being able to communicate with the deceased...
Yeah, pretty weird.
I'm not kidding about that last one. It's happened in both the original Universal Century timeline, and Cosmic Era timeline.

-Aichi is dumbfounded that his world's history had so much going on. It sounded terrifying, to be frank.-
"I-I knew that your world had giant robots, but you have telepathy and communicating with the deceased? That's... rather frightening."
I actually watched the original Gundam with one of my brothers. I don't remember everything about it, but at the very least I know of several characters, some mobile suit models [and the fact that not all mobile suits are Gundams], and I know of Newtypes (I'm assuming those are some of the telepaths you were speaking of?). Sadly my knowledge about any of the other series is extremely limited. I basically know what you'd learn from Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 1-3. Heck, I didn't even know EXA was a thing until I finally got curious and looked it up on Google (Don't worry, the Wiki didn't seem to have enough info to ruin Aichi's interactions with Leos).

Yeah, not many people actually got around to translating that particular manga, which is a shame. Because what I can gather as a premise is actually pretty interesting. Also, yes on the Newtypes. Google "Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS" when you can, because that's pretty much the only thing that Leos is voiced in.
Eh, I got pretty used to it. But it all happened in the past, so there's not much to worry about there.

Homura: Details that appear the same on the surface can have very different sources within. The more you look into others, the more you will find those differences between you and them. And more often than not, people find those differences to be...repulsive.
