(It's... a letter?)
Son—
If my instructions have been properly conveyed and not skewed or bastardized through human error and folly, this letter will find you shortly after my death. Please do not mourn me inordinately, my son. Do not allow the loss of my life to compromise the enjoyment of yours.
I was not a perfect man, Ferret. I have been intentionally vague about this ugly fact, for fear of crushing your tender and gentle soul. During my tenure at Black Mesa, and in the years following, I did some things that now bring me immense shame and grief. I allowed my avarice and desire for power to get the better of me and took a few advantages I should not have taken.
Do not make my mistakes, son. Even writing this letter, I know you will not. You are of a far gentler and kinder disposition than I ever was, even at your young age. Cherish that inexorable gift of yours. Let nothing sully it. Revel in your sacred meekness, for it is a gift few receive so gracefully.
I love you more than words can express, Ferret. I wish I could have remained with you longer. In my sixty-one short years, you are the most wonderful and permanent thing that has ever happened to me. If nothing else, please remember that.
Yours in permanent repose,
Wallace Breen

"Preventing Inadvertent Collateral Damage Is A Shared Goal Between Us, Mr. Tapferin."
"Sure, if we have to lie, I don't mind. Besides, chances are, Andromeda or Oriana and I come across each other 'accidentally'. I play it off by getting to know them better, then ask for a favor," Franklin plays up with a reassuring tone and shrug.
"Besides, like I've said, I'm good with superpowered kids, or people my age." H.E.R.B.I.E noticeably pulls off an Aside Glance.

Franklin smiles beams back at Michael, "Still, uh, thanks for the info dump."
The teen was about to go back into his work, his head focusing back to the bracelets, but he didn't want to feel like a vulture. He looks back at the captain and asked, "So, uh, how's...Julie? Julieta, her suit, uh, gave me some notification about its arm being damaged?"

Hmm? Oh, that, yeah, there was this incident the other day.
...Actually, it was related to when I tried to talk to Andromeda the first time. Didn't quite work out, seeing as they automatically assumed the worst. Julieta stepped in to defend me from any threats, naturally, she got hit in self-defense, her arm got crushed.
Yeah, it was rather tense.
"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."
"Christ..."
"Ms. Juris Herself Is Alright, Mr. Tapferin?"
"Yeah, who exactly did that?" Franklin props his head on a resting arm and allows his horizontal arm to prop on his knee. He leans in more as his curiosity rises. Meanwhile, H.E.R.B.I.E takes note of the passing Eires and quickly analyzes some surface-level details. Bizarre details, such as the subject's anatomy.
The mind-swapped Saiyans find themselves nearby a river stream. Kale!Caulifla, feets soaked in the water, looks down on her mentor's reflection with a lovely smile. Caulifla!Kale, on the other hand, occasionally looks back at her passive friend while climbing up a tree for strength training.

"Christ? Funny, I never figured this guy would be a strawmen atheist. Or..."
His eyes widen and his mouth lets out an "Oooooh", realizing where Michael was going with this. "Of course not. Pretty insulting to women. Hey, I just realized that the family is pretty homogenous, gender-wise..."
"Celestial, you mean, Mr. Tapferin? Master Richards and I Will Make Sure To Be More Sensitive Around Them."
Caulifla!Kale, standing on top of a tree branch, looks down at the unusual, green haired girl and her pet bird.
"Sup, y'ah must be new 'round here," her words and voice oddly disconnected in style and delivery. Kale!Caulifla keeps herself in tranced by her reflection, pondering on something.

....Uh, sure, that's right, Franklin.
But, that is a weird coincidence, come to think of it.
"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."

What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?
