"Bingo!" Franklin snaps his pointer fingers at Homura. "It...honestly shouldn't surprise me too much, but I'm glad there are other some universes with similar locations."
"Yeah, Kinnikuman, some have bases in Manhattan (or New York State, generally). My parents' research/penthouse is within the Baxter Building. My girl of a medical student pal lives on a college campus owned by her Dad, acting as a base for The X-Men."
Franklin listen in on the banter between Homura and Anya, trying to add his own two cents. "Honestly, I think I need to look over my notes to see if I can help. The energy problem sounds familiar, but I can't put my finger on...she eats planets and stars? Oh, um, no...I'm not too sure..."

Franklin leans against the wall before answering Kinnikuman. "To the people of my world, it feels like they that every other month. Though, attacks from a homo-superior Darwinist named Apocalypse, then a planet-eater named Galactus decades ago halted a lot of superhero activity for a good while. And I've...the world lost some great people in between those events...maybe. "
Franklin exhales a small sigh of anguish. "But...well...speaking of Galactus, my parents were studying him and his aftermath's effects, and might have some relevant details for our situation (like the energy thing). I just need to fix my database and equipment, and I'll see what I can do (I hope)."

Upstairs
Homura: (A) ...Say the Sun.
(looks back at Franklin) New York?
(notices Koata trying to slip away) Turning?
The damned queen and the relentless knight.
