Caulifla warily watches the lynel and Lune's surprisingly casual conversation. She takes note of the two creatures within the lynel's grasp, coughing it up as a weak omen of a threat.
"Got a history or somethin'? 'Cause this monster's the one Gohan's lookin' for, right?" she asked Lune, noticing the lynel release his "captives" towards the females in a friendly manner. The creatures seem pretty timid enough (naturally), but they weren't really noteworthy or troublesome. For now, she isn't going to bother them as she rests against the tree branch.
Kale was apprehensive at first, though watching Lune getting some close contact with one of the creatures lowers her defenses for a bit. Maybe one of the creatures will come to her? She isn't too sure about the idea, especially with how she would react. Still, she thinks the creatures are very cute.
"The hell? It sounds pretty petty," Caulifla replied, trying to visualize the creature. "Bah! Knowing him, it either is or somethin' stupidly awesome to fight."
After being corrected by Lune, Caulifla finally has an excuse to give less of a regard about the lynel. It seems like a powerful creature (and sentient enough), but nothing too worthwhile is striking out towards the Saiyan. She already has enough (dumb) brutes in her gang back on Planet Sadal as is.
"So are we going to that clearing, or not?"
"Thank you!"
Minor exasperation aside, Caulifla calls upon Kale's aid to carry her within the clearing's boundaries. Kale, before she did so, couldn't stop herself from slowly waving goodbye at creatures with...a small smile? It didn't last for long as she returns to a more neutral look to handle Caulifla.
"Go Kale! Show your stuff!" Caulifla cheers beside nearby rock supporting her body. Her Saiyan biology is nearly finishing the healing job, but she rather still this one...for you know who.
Kale slowly walks to her supposed position, meters away from Luna's own. She looks down towards the dirt with uncertainty, grabbing her left arm with her right.
"Um? Eh?"
She may have forgotten how to fight, or she's afraid to fight Lune. She isn't too sure.

(Michael gets momentarily distracted by the two getting ready to fight, allowing Julieta to blindside him and knock him to the ground. Once Michael sits up, he looks back at her.)
Looks like I've won this match, Sir.
...Heh. As expected of a pilot of the Arianrhod Fleet.
...Huh? What's going on over there?
Apparently we're not the only ones sparring here...
Sorry, guys, I need to go to bed, I'll just have M&J observe the fight.

"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."
Kale takes one more look at the overly supportive Caulifla in the background, before facing Lune with a sigh. The "bring it" gesture stalls her for a bit, but she tries to control her breathing while slowly creeping to Lune. Before she reaches Lune, she awkwardly copies her fighting stance in an attempt get ready.
"Okay, um, I..."
With her eyes closed, she throws a slow punch hopefully in Lune's direction.

Kale opens her eyes to see that Lune caught her punch, as expected. Her face sours, but she quickly looks up at Lune with her free hand scratching the back of her head.
"Really? I...I d-don't know. Was i-it, um, enough?"
Her attention briefly turns Micheal and Julieta, looking very unsure about their presence.

Kale is flabbergasted upon seeing the dent, split between being proud of herself or worried about the myriad of consequences. Suddenly, sweeping kick flies near Kale's position, instinctively forcing the meek girl to gain a meter of altitude in the air. Her heart begins to race as she's stun by her own move, which makes her floating some what unstable.
"That's right, Kale! Always keep anticipating ya' enemy's attacks! Us Saiyans' reflexes are on point!"

Just as soon as she thought she stabilized her hovering, Kale's senses detect a fired laser heading in her direction. Her instincts try to move her out of the way, but Kale is too late as the small blast hits her right arm.
"AH!"
Maybe she's overexaggerating, but the hit forces Kale to grab the affected area as a small tear starts to form near her right eye.
"HEY!"
The sight forces the healing Caulifla to her feet, ready to scold Lune. However, she tries to redirect her fiery energy into something more constructive.
"Kale! I'm sorry if it hurts! My brother told me that Saiyans can resist a lot of shit, though! Please, you have to keep going!"

Kale continues to grasp on the sharp pain, until Lune comes in with the healing potion. She's hesitant to take the portion, though not due to Caulifla's "subtle" hand signals to avoid the offer.
"I'm...so s-sorry. I...tried to dodge. I...I'm just n-not that g-good. I..probably d-deserve this."
"Kale! Saiyans can heal! Like, pretty quickly! Don't soften yourself, my protegee! Gohan, won't show you weakness! Your enemies wouldn't act so helpful!"

Naturally, the meek Saiyan already regrets denying the healing potion. Her eyes watch as the potion is packed away, increasing her own pain. Looking back at Caulifla, she spots her tomboy of a mentor showing a thumbs up for her (in)action. Kale blushes from the embarrassing sight, then turns back to Lune with a weak smile.
"Um, okay. Okay. I...I'm c-coming to strike...now."
She adds a little bit more oomph to her straight shot of a flight, preparing to land a shaky left punch with a similar boost towards Lune.
"Here...I...come.."
"You're doing great, Kale! But don't shout out all of your attacks (except your awesome supermoves)! It ruins surprises! Act and react!"

(Michael and Julieta are sparring in their Armour Suits outside the building. They're mainly practicing their hand-to-hand combat skills.)
