Certainly, if you could control it.
But no man controls a volcano easily.
And no man would likely control a pokemon so easily-
Without its' consent.
For something to truly be your weapon, I always imagine that it must do what you ask it to- without question and without hesitation.
A sword needs only to be swung- in order to cut, after all.
There is no variable where the sword doesn't want to cut....
