...What?
No, I couldn't risk anything getting out to Iok. If I told him what happened, he would've stormed this place with his personal squadron out of recklessness.
And then I would have to explain this entire situation to Lord Elion.
"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."It is one. For everyone involved.
See, Arianrhod, the division that Julieta works in, is considered the best of the best within Gjallarhorn. What they use equipment-wise is slightly higher than what any of the other divisions deploy. They're sometimes even compared to divine punishment if the rumours I've heard are any indication.
But Kora? She's on a different level entirely. Don't get wrong, Lord Elion has quite the reputation of being Arianrhod's Supreme Commander. But even he doesn't have the experience of, if you'll pardon the expression, killing a god.

"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."Link, before I even arrived here, the only magic I knew of was in fairy tales. Stories.
Now, planet-devouring cosmic clouds? Completely blows it all away.
The only threats we deal with are usually created by humanity through the abuse of certain technologies.
(sigh) It's how the Calamity War happened.

...Well, we ran into Kora, that thing's physical avatar and... uh, well, she tried to get her to back off by threatening an attack from Iok's ship.
(Yeah, that doesn't sound good.)
