... You've changed. But you still look like you.
-Smiling-
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?-Touches one, gently-
They're kinda cute.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?Heh, sorry. Just had to.
-Inside-
I'm glad you're back.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?-Hugs back, then lets her go, watching her climb the stairs-
Sleep tight.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?-Bryce feels his skin tingle as he draws closer to the source of the massive din-
-A towering wolf creature sparking with lightning
and an armored humanoid with a giant sword are locked in pitch combat, dealing, taking, and evading blows with enough force to flatten surrounding trees.-
-Sparks fly, as do lightning bolts. An errant log is flung, headed straight for Bryce-
-The wolf beast appears to be on the ropes. In an attempt to swing its gigantic tail, it stumbles briefly.-
There!...
In this critical moment, the man with the giant sword prepares one final, massive swing...!-
HaaaaAAAAA-!
-...Before a certain repelled log nails him right in the back of the head-
GH-!?
-Which gives the monster just the time it needs to wind back up and slam its tail into him with all its might-
GAH-!!
-The man is sent flying, through several trees, before coming to a stop, unmoving, buried under a pile of splintered wood-
(Michael is on the roof again, doing maintenance on Julieta's Reginlaze. If anyone were to see him, they would probably wonder where his snarky sidekick is.)

"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."

Guess letting a vampire feed off you comes with more perks than you thought, eh?
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?
