Eires inspected their own pistol at Liman's words and shrugged, holstering it and vaulting out of the hatch. They deftly slid down the side of the mech and landed on the ground with a soft thump.
"Nothing's happened to me. What do you mean?"
"And-" they started, turning to Michael, "I've never heard that term. The hell do you mean?"
[forum cryptid: it/it's](Oh, not again.)
...Uh, the fact it's damaged. Liman's been really concerned about some people who may have stolen something really important to her, and it might be nice if we could use it against them when they turn up again.
...I meant no disrespect. (sheepishly smiles)
(Also, should probably mention that Michael now has a belt strapped around his waist that has a sheathed rapier and a holstered gun attached to it, which he has put away.)

"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."...Uhm, just in case?
I mean, we've already had problems with a demon-worshipping cult and a trigger-happy man in a gas mask. Seems like to me that your mech could serve as a good deterrent at least, and if the worse were to happen, we could use it to fight back.
"We all fail. We all make mistakes. That is what makes us human."

Liman looked at the mech, and watched as the pilot scrambled inside. "...H-Hello?", she called out.
